Friendly staff, location.
I liked the furnishing, very modern room. Manager Estel was so nice explaining everything, what to see, how to go etc.
Little bit little bathroom.
If you stay at this hotel be prepared with at least 30 euros in coins for the parking meter. Don't expect the hotel to have any change, really unhelpful, had to walk 15 mins to a shop to get change. Help your guests and keep change on premises. Made the whole stay stressful and couldn't wait to leave.
Location is excellent, rooms are nice
Horrible wifi, even though they claim to have access on the entire location. This is far from true, something that was also confirmed by the staff that they were aware of. Breakfast was boring, and one should book a room without breakfast if possible, and rather eat somewhere else.
perfect location overlooking river.View from roof terrace beautiful.10-15mins walk to centre
very dark room even with all lights on,extractor fan in bathroom not working, small shower cubicle, very poor selection for breakfast,no orange juice or hot food topped up off day before? this was 0700am.
Close to the city center action, but not in the middle so you can have your rest Nice walk on the banks of the Arno
Small room for the breakfast No wi-fi in the room (relay antenna too far away)
Location was great, 15 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio, great breakfast, good room, excellent staff
Staff cannot answer any questions we had about the surrounding area. Breakfast was not great.
Breakfast was ok
Our room was dark and dingy. Had 2 rooms for family of 4, both beds were just ok. Bathroom was small even for Italian standards. Staff was also just ok. I asked to pay for upgrade but nothing available. We stayed in Paris, Rome, and Venice during this trip, and this was definitely the least liked hotel.
Location, facilities, breakfast.
The hotel had some charming qualities with a pleasant veranda overlooking the river.
They only had one person working the front desk and the bar all 4 nights we were there. They have little to no wifi so trying to make reservations, print boarding passes or travel reservations was difficult. We ended having to go elsewhere to do all this. Beds were horrible & pillows had a whole new definition of lumpy.
Extraordinary location, close to the city center but just far enough from the masses. Great views of the Arno river.
Wi-fi was not working in the rooms.
all was good clean room helpful staff fantastic location good breakfast lots of it.
wi fi a bit dodgy but did work .
We booked a Superior Double Room with little knowledge regarding the Hotel. When we arrived we found that we were given a Room and Own Balcony area that overlooked the River Arno. This Room, Location and quite honestly everything else about this Hotel was truly excellent. If back in Florence we will certainly look to stay here again
Everything was Excellent, there were no negatives
The staff were friendly and helpfull. Location was good. The room was clean and breakfast was lovely.
The bed was very hard and the walls were thin. The toilet from the next room backed on to my bedhead! I could hear the people in the next room using the toilet. Wifi would'nt work in our room.
Great location, clean hotel, very helpful and friendly staff, Also very good breakfast.
The only thing we would have liked would have been coffee and tea making facilities in room
close proximity to centre and main turistic attractions
The breakfast in the last day of our stay (total stay 3days) was of a doubtful quality - like all food was left out over night or the fridge was broken.
Room with no window (only a door with direct access to a common garden). No functioning heating available. No ventilation in the bath room. Disturbing noises (urinating guest in the neighbouring room, toilets flushing etc.).
Parking was not easy but hotel manager gave us a good tip
the view from our balcony
A perfect base, just outside the centre of Firenze. All staff excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Our lovely 'classic' bedroom overlooked a quiet courtyard. Very good breakfast included. Excellent location overlooking to the Arno and just outside the ZTL so you can easily drive to the front of the hotel. 15min walk from the Uffizi and Palazzo Vecchio. Private parking option is a must as street parking is the only other choice. For a good evening meal try 'Zio Gigi' on via Folco Portinari, one street behind the Duomo.
Nothing really as any issues we had were sorted very quickly indeed.
Comfortable and tidy rooms, helpful staff, stylish lobby, green inner yard, quiet street behind the hotel, fantastic view over the river from the balcony (public area on the upper floor).
WiFi was often interrupted if trying to access from the room. This was a minor issue though, as there is a laptop in the lobby which is always available and can be used for free.
friendly staff, great location, good breakfast
really poor wi-fi, shower was uncomfortable and too small
Good Breakfast and fair location
Cleanliness and facilities are poor
