Best Western Hotel River  

Otelin konumu ve manzarası güzel. küçük şirin terası dinlenmek için ideal. kahvaltısı beklediğimizden daha zengindi. Standart kahvaltının yanı sıra, çeşitli krosanlar, tatlılar, kekler, meyveler ve meyve kompostoları, yoğurtlar ve müslilerle oldukça güzeldi. odalar temiz, yataklar rahat, hoş dekorasyonuyla firenze'de olduğunuzu hatırlatır bir tarzı var. Ancak büyük oadalar olduğu söylenemez.personel ne yazık ki pek yardımcı değildi.kaldığımız 4 gün boyunca Resepsiyon hizmetlerinde dönüşümlü çalışan 3 kişi oldu biri hariç diğerleri oldukça kaba ve aksiydi.şehir gezimizde taksi dışında araç kullanamayacağımızı söyleyerek bizi yanlış yönlendirdi. tavsiyem çok yorucu bir günün ardından mutlaka küçük otobüslerine binmeniz.(c1-c2 gibi.) çünkü otele dönüşler biraz yorucu olabiliyor.

We enjoyed the self service breakfast and being able to sit on the terrace in the evening. But we had a very poor view from our window in the room. We also got bitten a lot by something at night something flying around in the room, but I suppose that was because we had the window open. The staff were helpful and we enjoyed our stay at the Hotel River overall.

Excellent location, especially if you are planing to attend at the Firenze Marathon - it starts practically in front of the hotel. It is very close to the most site seeings as well. Clean room, friendly staff. Breakfast is a little bit basic, but has the most important things.

Our room was a little bit small, but I guess it is a common problem for all hotels in the historical center of the city.

It would be ok if we had payed to stay in a 3 star hotel

We booked it thinking it was a four star hotel it is no more than a standard 3 star. The breakfeast is very basic and there is no WiFi except in the hotel lobby.

Triple room was ample, with nice remodeled bathroom. Also appreciated being accommodated with early check-in.

I have no complaints. Good value for the money.

Cleanliness and location

Staff seemed reluctant to assist although they did but begrudgingly at times. The hotel offered nothing to rave about but also nothing to warrant a full blown complaint. Average accomodation at an average price.

Le personnel était très sympa, la terrasse sur le toit est très agréable. Nous avons bien dormi, le déjeuné n'était pas extraordinaire mais très correcte.

Ottimo hotel, posizione centrale, possibilità di parcheggio, ottima pulizia delle camere e dello staff. Molto consigliato

Pulito e carino. Personale cortese ed efficiente.
