It was within walking distance of all attractions around Florence center. View of river Arno was a treat. Avail yourselves of the pick up and parking in their affiliated garage. It is pricey, but will eliminate parking nightmares.

Excellent location, especially if you are planing to attend at the Firenze Marathon - it starts practically in front of the hotel. It is very close to the most site seeings as well. Clean room, friendly staff. Breakfast is a little bit basic, but has the most important things.

Our room was a little bit small, but I guess it is a common problem for all hotels in the historical center of the city.

The hotel location was great. Located on the Arno, it was within walking distance of many attractions, museums and restaurants. I really liked the convenience. Hotel clerks were not very helpful and were stuffy. Breakfast was decent. Free parking is available out front if you were lucky to find a spot. Compared to other hotels in same area, it was a decent value.

Roof sprang a leak during a heavy rain. Dripping water woke us up!! Not a big problem but definitely a surprise.

Triple room was ample, with nice remodeled bathroom. Also appreciated being accommodated with early check-in.

I have no complaints. Good value for the money.

Cleanliness and location

Staff seemed reluctant to assist although they did but begrudgingly at times. The hotel offered nothing to rave about but also nothing to warrant a full blown complaint. Average accomodation at an average price.

Abbiamo dormito una sola notte, e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Lo staff molto cortese, la camera spaziosa e molto pulita. Il bagno era molto bello, con una doccia immensa e molto pulito, completo di tutti I confort. La colazione buona e abbastanza varia. Lo consiglio a tutti. La posizione ottima a due passi dal centro e con una stupenda vista sull'Arno!

Localização com fácil acesso por viajante de carro, próximo aos pontos turísticos que podem ser acessados andando a pé.

Arrumação das mesas de café, que ficam sujas e indisponíveis se o café for após às 9hs.

Funcionário atenciosos,quartos bem decorados e aconchegantes.

O elevador não estava funcionando no período em que ficamos hospedados.Para uma pessoa com limitações de mobilidade,a estadia neste Hotel se tornaria inviável.Não houve qualquer aviso prévio da falta do elevador.

Quasi tutto, soprattutto il clima caldo e accogliente

Le personnel était très sympa, la terrasse sur le toit est très agréable. Nous avons bien dormi, le déjeuné n'était pas extraordinaire mais très correcte.

Bella camera vista Arno, spaziosa, l'hotel è in ottimo stato di manutenzione e molto piacevolmente arredato, gentilezza reception

Al di fuori della colazione non si può avere un toast, un panino o simili e nelle immediate vicinanze non c'è un bar
