The location was excellent for getting into the centre of Rome on a bus, tram or even walking was fine (approx 45 mins) taxi approx 8 euros. Lovely area with good bars and restaurants with excellent atmosphere which were a lot cheaper than in central Rome. The breakfast was excellent, rooms a very good size and immaculate with very friendly and helpfull staff. Found a fantastic chocolate & ice cream shop only 60m from the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel.

Bathrooms are absolutely luxurious and the staff are extremely professional and personable. The breakfast is also above standards. Problems with the electronic lock on our door room #104. Everytime we wanted to get into our room we had to contact the front desk who would then send someone with a master key. Kind of frustrating. No instructions on how to operate the tv in tandom with the sky tv box. Towels in bathrooms are a bit worn. No view of anything in particular from the room. Unclear as to what facilities were available at the hotel other than pay per view tv. Was there a jacuzzi tub, a pool, a spa anywhere? Perhaps the hardest thing was finding the hotel. It took 2.5 hours to drive to Rome and another 2.5 hours to find the hotel. Even the taxi driver's had a hard time finding it.

The service was excellent. The hotel was very pretty and very clean. The breakfast was awesome! Just a little bit far from down town. However the urban transportation was very easy and very close to the hotel.

Ottimo hotel: belle e spaziose le camere, dotate di ogni comfort; ottima la pulizia; abbondante e varia la colazione. Comodo il parcheggio sotto l'hotel anche se un po' caro.

Ci sono stata diverse volte, sempre esperienze positive.l'hotel è piccolo ma molto carino, arredamento classico ma non troppo pesante. Le camere con terrazzino sono molto carine. La zona è ponte milvio, pieno di giovani la sera con posti carini anche per la cena. La situazione è molto indipendente, ti danno la tua chiave-tessera e vai e vieni come credi. Nota dolente, la colazione in camera non è un gran che, un po' scarsina, per niente ricca, meglio farla in sala, c'è più scelta! Per quanto riguarda il costo, a roma gli hotel sono molto cari, quindi il rapporto qualità prezzo secondo me è ottimo, e lo dico dopo aver girato molti alberghi in città.

Le personnel de l'accueil n'est pas très "accueillant" et pas très à l'écoute du client. Les chambres manquent de lumière ; parfois tôt le matin, nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude pour la douche, malgré avoir laissé couler pour permettre son arrivée. La chambre n'est pas d'un standing de luxe.

Była to nasza druga wizyta w tym hotelu. Jakość obsługi na na włochów jest dobra, hotel bardzo czysty i dość ekskluzywny. Nie podobało nam się to że restauracja hotelowa w niedzielę była nieczynna, jest to żenujące w tej klasie hotelu.Drugą wpadką hotelu było śniadanie które w rażący sposób odbiegało od standardu jaki oferują już hotele 4 gwiazdkowe, nie było nic na ciepło a wybór dań bardzo marny nie wspominając o tym że o kawę czy herbatę trzeba się było prosić kelnerów. Jedynym usprawiedliwieniem głoszonym przez obsługę było to że jest poza sezonem...
