helpful staff, lots of nice bars and restaurants nearby. Not many tourists(like in the rest of Rome. It is an Italian Marble palace, nice but not necessary to us. Parking.
smell(in the evening) in room(301) of food, probably of nearby restaurants. even in october room was warm. Ask for extra key to leave the airco on when you are away.
Very nice, clean and comfortable room. Perfect service, nice and helpfull staff, very good and tasty breakfast. Quiet and charming location. Good conection to the city center by bus. Stable WiFi. We enjoyed our stay very, very much!!!
Staff is very helpful and the room is always clean. breakfast is fresh and delicious every morning . I would certainly recomend this hotel .
Reception staff very helpful and friendly.
The location in a very nice suburb of Rome, provided a very good choice of restaurants yards from the hotel, who only provide breakfast. Rooms were comfortable with pleasant views of the surrounding area. A good bus service into the centre of Rome, was just down the road.
We were looking for a hotel near the Stadio Olimpico. Nice, clean rooms. Many restaurants nearby.
From Termini Station is a little difficult to get there without a taxi.
Comfortable room. Good breakfast included. Helpful staff. Some good restaurants nearby. Offered private transportation to/from airport at very good rate, 2/3's of taxi fare. Had business nearby so local transportation no problem.
Breakfast room a bit crowded at peak times 7:00 - 8:00 AM, took a few minutes to replenish some breakfast items.
Staff were brilliant - very friendly and helpful when needed. Hotel is in a nice area that comes alive at night with locals - great if you want to experience the 'real' Rome with the locals. Breakfast was superb, nice mix of hot and cold foods. Lots of eateries and bars around the area so you didn't have to travel into the centre of Rome for a great night-time experience. Easy enough to get to the centre of Rome on either side of the Tiber (32 bus, 15-20 mins. to the Vatican area, or cross the river and get the No. 2 Tram to the Piazza del Popolo, also about 15-20 minutes). This hotel is a hidden gem - would recommend it to anyone planning a visit to Rome.
Nothing. If you really don't want to have to travel (even for a short time) to get to the centre of Rome then this hotel is a wee bit (but not too) far out, other than that, nothing negative to say about this hotel at all. An excellent place to stay.
Rooms are very nice, breakfast is quite good.
Parking, you pay 25 Euro per night or you look very long for a free space in the street.
Very good staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Good Breakfast and nice surrounding quiet area with good choice of Restaurants
Slight signs of wear & tear on decoration and furnishings.
Great location with easy access to the Stadio Olimpico, good restaurants nearby & on the bus routes to the major attractions.Very friendly & helpful staff.Would book again for future visits to Rome.
We stayed at this hotel due to its proximity to Stadio Olimpico to see the 6 Nations Rugby Match. The staff were fantastic, nothing was ever a chore for them. The rooms are very well appointed especially the deluxe room we stayed in (Room 409). The hotel bar ran a happy hour from 6pm onward which was just right for an aperitif before heading out for dinner. Breakfast was superb with both a continental style of cheeses, meats and bread as well as a range of yoghurts and cereal along with grilled bacon and scrambled egg. The Ponte Milivio area the hotel is located in well served with both eateries and watering holes along with a selection of fashion, jewellery and shoe shops. For those who would want their own provisions there is even a small supermarket around the corner. In all a gem of a hotel well located for the Stadio.
We booked this hotel in order to go to the rugby international & the location was just perfect for this. There are also lots of lovely restaurants within walking distance so we didn't have to walk far to find somewhere nice to eat. The staff at this hotel were excellent. So friendly & polite. The rooms are lovely, very clean & comfortable.
For two mornings out of the three we were there, we had no hot water. The staff said this was a problem with the boiler and promised that it would be fixed ' in an hour' 'in half an hour' but it wasn't. they really need to rectify whatever is causing this problem because it's not great for their guests. The breakfast room is very small & cramped. When the room was full over the weekend, it was very difficult to move around and it felt uncomfortable. In addition, they have a TV in the room which is tuned into Italian news and is on very loud. They would be better just having some soft background music at least during the weekend.
clean, very good maid service.
lack of 24 hour facilities. lack of seating and hot food at breakfast. No hot water. Overpriced room service. Bad attitude from reception. Small room.
very pleasant atmosphere
room a bit small and bed could have been better
Amaising bathroom. Very clean,good breakfast.

wi-fi connection was not actually very good and stable
