Great position The hotel is beautiful Staff are excellent
The room was appalling A 700mm square shower is ridiculous for an 86kg 180cm man. This is a childs room, I do not understand why you would put an adult in this room, it was totally unacceptable and extremely disappointing.
location, very friendly staff
there is a big courtyard which could be beautiful with a lot of plants to sit outside in the afternoon/evening Actually nobody does use it....
Location, staff. Breakfast OK. Nice little restaurant around the corner a block away.
Room a bit small; shower much too small - slightly overweight people (like some Americans checking in when I checked out)would not even get into the shower, and would probably not be able to sit on the toilet either,
Staff, especially Andrea at front desk. He was very helpful, Happy Hour was very convenient & enjoyable. Room lovely. Highly recommend.
Even though bathroom was clean and in excellent condition, shower stall was too small to even shave legs.
50% off happy hour, breakfast, dinner recommendation from staff - one of our nest dinners in Italy! Value for the $
Room was tight but overall fine - expected in Rome.
The staff was helpful in suggesting restaurants and attractions -- and instructing us on the Metro system. The breakfast provided daily was exceptional!
Room was quite small (adequate for our needs.) Did have communication breakdown between us and the hotel staff. We cancelled a request for a cab from the airport to the hotel via telephone. However, the hotel didn't reflect the request in its records to cancel the cab and sent a driver to pick us up. To resolve the situation, we agreed to split the cost of the cab.
We arrived on a very early flight and the staff made sure we were comfortable until they arranged an early check in for us.
good location, good service,
small shower room
size of everything was too small. the room, elevator, bathroom, bed, etc.
Hotel and staff were excellent .Good location also.
Near to the metro station
Room is very very small
Location location location and also the nibbles at the bar in the evening was very welcoming after a long day sight seeing.
-Brilliant staff -Special service like folding down the room at night and leaving chocs on the bed ! -Wonderful choice of breakfast -sky TV in English when you needed to rest your feet from hours of walking. -on the edge of gates to city out of the hustle bustle and noise. - cheap cups of tea and coffee at bar, a third of the price in town. -large bar area to relax
- Rooms a little small for the price of a deluxe
Great location , friendly staff Great value in the Bar !!
Location / very long and generous happy "hour" / good breakfast / helpful and friendly staff / reasonably priced airport transfer
Room was quite small - it was clean and warm though
Happy hour in the bar, attentive and helpful front desk, early check in.
Except of the very small basic room - we liked everything: great staff at the front desk, the cleaning lady who made the room (few times a day!), nice breakfast, great towels and sleepers, weather forecast and small chocolates each day... free internet room ans wifi. Great hotel!
Basic room is so small (actually a cell) so we upgraded (with extra payment) to larger room.
clean and cosy, well maintained hotel. Small breakfast, but big enough!...maybe just right! I do miss a side plate for the bread and pastries though. close to everything. It's great for those week-end breaks!
some of the stuff really helpful and "smily" some maybe a bit not so enthusiastic...
Friendly and helpful staff Excellent breakfast choice
Very Small bedrooms
Tourist info on check in on arrival. Comfy lounge, happy hour and nibbles. Good breakfast and choice of eating area
The staff spoke English and were extremely helpful. The room was very clean and nice. The location was excellent, one block from the Piazza del Popolo. You are within walking distance to the Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain. The Metro is also a block away. I definitely would recommend this hotel.
Maybe the bathroom could have been larger.
location and breakfast
small rooms, especially the bathroom.
Location was near many Rome sites we wanted to visit
small bathroom, but we didn't expect a large one, so it was not a problem
Rooms were very small, even though we were upgraded from a Superior Double. The breakfast buffet wasn't the greatest and their coffee was absolutely horrible. Decent value, but it was the worst lodging of our 2-week trip.
