Good Localization. In front of the lake and very near of the boat stop. Great view to Bellagio.
The rooms could be more well decorated. They are old and with just some things could be more cosy.
Good clean shower room, bed was comfortable and good size bedroom.
Decoration a bit tired. Noisy outside , late revelers until 1230.
Staff very helpful and friendly
Room size to small
The hotel is in a stunning location, plenty of great restaurants but not too busy. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful about things to do in the local area. Could not find fault!
friendly staff, good parking, good location
very noisy - directly on the road. you cannot open window during day.
Great location, ferry is just outside hotel. Very friendly nice, helpfull staff. We were traveling on the motorbike and we got some tips for our trip from Andreas, thank you!Safe parking for motorbike.Very clean rooms and what a view from the room! All rooms with lake view.
Friendly and welcoming hotel owner. Although hotel a little old and dated it had plenty of character, was very clean and very well located. Double balcony was a real bonus.
The only real negative that inevitably comes with the lakeside location is the traffic noise.
Great view (when it stopped raining). Good access to ferries.
Tiny room. Somewhat dated. Might just be the charm? Noisy road and revellers.
Excellent views from both aspects of the balcony. Great airy double room and bathroom. Friendly, helpful manner from the owners and staff. Ideal location for transport links.
Large corner room with 2 balconies. Friendly reception staff. Close to car and passenger ferry.
We really enjoyed our stay here, good food, good pizza restaurant downstairs. Happy family run hotel. There are lifts, good sized bathroom, clean rooms and good lake view. Wi fi is available downstairs in the restaurant bar area. We really love Cadennabia area.
Nothing. A lot of people complain about the road noise - but every hotel next to the road will have road noise.
Good location, friendly Staff, small but clean room
A bit noisy
Bus and boat service to other villages at all points on the lake. Hiking and beaches. The staff is just wonderful.
The position was ideal being a quieter village on the lake but easy access by ferry to Bellaggio and other more touristy places. Stunning views of the lake.
Quite noisy next to the road and we did strike the end of the school year party time which was noisy but fun.
Family-owned and run with personal service, fantastic views, renovations which were sympathetic to heritage values, all of which I shared with the owners. I also appreciated the fine cotton bedlinen, tasteful decor and good breakfast with promptly served coffee. I would definitely stay again.
Perhaps not being able to open the windows at night as a bit noisy with people partying below, but that's business and would apply anywhere in this location at this time of the year. I still managed to sleep well.
the location as well as the view from the window and balcony to the lake and mountains.
nice clean room magnificient view also from hotel terrace friendly and helpful staff
quite noisy due to street underneath window dinner could have been better
The location and view were perfect for us. We had a magnificet view of Bellagio and were in very close proximity to ferry services. We had nice big windows to view from, next time will request balcony. Excellent family run hotel who were very hospitable.
Loved it all
View from the room was delightful.
The rooms are tired and in need updating
Clean, great central location, wonderful view, most friendly and helpful owners.
Not being able to stay longer
Very nice place with super friendly people! They are ready to help with any question. Great view to the Como lake. Very clean room. We also liked the restaurant at the hotel: amazing pizza and mussles!
a bit noisy road, but it's probably a common thing for the hotels along the lake side
hotel owner most helpful, staff in restaurant good and friendly. great location for the ferry, used the lido which was also good. the road wasn't a problem as numerous zebra crossings to use
Location, staff's politeness
A bit old fashioned building and furniture
We loved the Innkeeper and his family who made us feel at home and gave excellent ideas of things to do each day. He was friendly, helpful and shared personal reflections on the world situation that was enlightening
Not much. Though some might complain about street noise, what would you expect living right across the road from Lake Como, with a direct view of Bellagio every day?
