All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged 35 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Pets are not allowed.

Great position, good value for thr money. Noisy if you get a room at the back street. Go to breakfast before 9 o'clock if you want to eat something, or else you won't have much to eat, because they do not refill, although breakfast is 8-10. |

Fantastic staff, excellent breakfast and excellent location - right by the beach. The booking description of the room was inacurate. A "standard room with panoramic balcony" did not have a balcony nor a panoramic view. We were told by the staff that this misunderstanding was a quite frequent occurence... better change it on the booking site. |

beach there was only one person who speaks english rather poorly, the rest can't speak english at all. It's unreasonably expensive for couples with children -- 250 Euro per day! |

La vicinanza al mare Perdita di acqua nel bagno, luce nell'ingresso non funzionante, alla segnalazione di questi problemi lo staff dell'hotel non ha fatto altro che andare a vedere lasciando anche evidenti impronte nella pozza di acqua del bagno senza preoccuparsi di asciugare o pulire. Camere per nulla insonorizzate. Pulizia scarsa. Servizio spiaggia non compreso e spiaggia convenzionata non di fronte all'hotel. |

Läget vid stranden. Bra frukostbuffe. Sköna sängar. Bra terrass att sitta på. Vi förväntade oss balkong med havsutsikt, som vi hade betalt extra för. Det vi fick var en fransk balkong med husfasad. |

die Strand- und Restaurantnähe lt. Homepage haben die Zimmer Terrasse und Meerblick, das trifft aber nur auf die zwei Suiten zu. Bei den Skywindowzimmern sollte extra darauf hingewiesen werden, dass es keinerlei Blick nach draussen oder Balkon etc. gibt. Die Mitarbeiter sprechen nur italienisch. |

La cortesia e la disponibilità di tutto lo staff. Complimenti a Davide per averci sempre consigliato e prenotato i ristoranti più buoni e carini! Notevole anche la posizione dell'hotel, attaccato alla spiaggia, con una fantastica veranda vista mare dove fare un'abbondante colazione tutte le mattine |

La vicinanza dell'hotel al mare e al centro della città; la cortesia del personale, la pulizia delle stanze e la colazione. Nonostante avessimo prenotato una stanza con balcone panoramico, confermataci dal sito Booking.com, ci siamo trovati una camera al primo piano senza terrazza, con una porta-finestra che non potevamo aprire perchè dava direttamente sulla strada. Vi prego di non vendere più queste camere come se avessero la terrazza panoramica, perchè di camere con terrazza panoramica ce ne sono solo 3 e non sono trattate da booking. |

Struttura moderna, camere ampie e ben pulite, strepitosa terrazza sul mare con una colazione molto ben presentata e "sostanziosa". Staff cordiale e disponibile. Vi torneremo di certo. La presenza di sostanziosi sovrapprezzo (13 euro per il garage, addirittura 10 per la connessione ad internet anche per un solo minuto, anche se ad onor del vero lo stesso prezzo copre l'intero soggiorno all'hotel) che rischiano di far lievitare il prezzo ad un livello non consono ad un 3 stelle. |
