Hotel Riviera is housed in a historic palace and features a panoramic, strategic location in front of the lagoon and the waterbus stop, within quick reach of Venice’s historic centre.

From the waterbus stop located just outside the hotel you can reach St. Mark’s Square, in Venice, in about 10 minutes. The waterbus stop offers regular service to Marco Polo Airport, Piazzale Roma Bus Terminal and Venezia Santa Lucia Railway Station as well.

Lido is more affordable and tranquil than Venice - and yet very close to it. The seaside resort has also attractions of its own, including the beach (the hotel can arrange sun beds and umbrellas on request) and the Venice Film Festival.

The hotel offers charming views of the lagoon and unforgettable sunsets. A wellness area is available with sauna and whirlpool. Guest rooms are clean, comfortable and fitted with all conveniences.

Hotel is located in quiet, in Autumn, place of the lagoon. Great communication to the airport and the city centre.

We stayed there for one night. Liked everything. The room was spacious and had a balcony from which we could see the lagoon. Breakfast was real good. It is right across the road from the Lido water bus stop and San Marco is 15 minutes by Vaporetto.

As mentioned by the other reviewers, the hotel could use a little bit of sprucing up. We could see one or two odd patches of repair work on the ceiling.

If you want to go to Venice and want a hotel far from the downtown its a nice place. Also there is a vaporetto stop just in front of the hotel. Very easy...

The room is too small, there isn't a refrigerator with water and other stuffs. But the breakfast is good.

We stayed in room 59 on the 4th floor-the view from our room was amazing,room was very elegant and clean, staff were friendly, conveinient location for waterboat to venice, shop attached to hotel very nice, breakfast lovely, large variety of food inc croissants, breadrolls, yoghurt, ham, fruit, biscuits - i would highly recomend this hotel to anyone staying in lido -

Excellent location. So easy to get to. Just a 10 min walk to beach on other side of the island.

We asked for a double bed but got two king singles put together. This however is quite common in Europe?? No bar fridge, or iron. Drycleaning/ironing service is available through the hotel at quite a cost. Not luxury but very cute and cosy if you dont mind the beds.

The hotel is located just across the street from the boat station. Our room was spacious, clean and modern.

Getting there by the boat from the ferrovia takes a long time, but there is a faster boat to go there. However, be warned that it does not come as often.
