Very helpful staff clean and spaceous room good location good value for money in general

Near motorway and Verona- very easy too find, cheap, helpful and nice man at the reception, good to sleep at as a stop for people who are travelling by car- has a really big parking, nice room, huge wardrobe, big bathroom, swimming pool outside

Too close to motorway- it's not possible to open the window, not an attractive surrounding, too far from the lake, medium food

Rivous is a basic Holliday Inn style hotel that offers free breakfast. It is fairly new and well maintained in terms of cleanliness. Pretty much what I expected for the purpose we required.

Cracked glass on the sliding door of our room. Should not rent out room untill it was fixed. Also did not apopear that hotel was busy. We were placed on the highway side where road noise was noticible. The other side of the hotel would have been quieter and most probably avialable. Not sure why would have been placed in this room.

Reception staff extremely helpful with information in relation to Lake Garda and getting around the area. Comfortable room.

Hotel lunch/dinner is very bad, we had to eat out every evening. Breakfast finishing at 9.30 seems a little early as other hotels breakfasts run til at least 10.30. Check-out time is too early at 10am. Our bathroom shower only had three doors meaning the floor and toilet seat got wet during showers.

Room is spacey and clean with nice balcony, but try to get a room with lake view, otherwise you will have your evening wine looking at 2 busy highways. Good breakfast. Free parking and easy to get hotel by car. Good price/quality rating.

Check-out at 10 am is too inhumane. Despite good soundproofing you can hear the highway's life during the night - book rooms on other side of hotel, there should be nice lake view. TV programs are too few.

very nice and pleasant environment. nice, new and modern room equipment.

Big disadvantage - some of the rooms are located in direction to the highway that makes too much noise.

The town was ok

The attitude of the staff was deplorable. The a/c ,Fridge, Safe, did not work. When reported I was told “what do you want me to do!!!!”

Pulito, tranquillo. Ottimo come base d'appoggio per escursioni in zona. La posizione non è certo spettacolare ma nel complesso è una struttura gradevole.

è un posto molto carino e tranquillo, recentemente ristrutturato, mi sono trovata bene e penso ritornerò se ci sarà l'occasione...la camera, come dicevano altri clienti effettivamente da su due strade trafficate, ma ho dormito alla grande comunque...

L'hotel è situato lungo una tangenziale parecchio trafficata ma nonostante ciò le camere sono ben insonorizzate e chiudendo le finestre non si sente alcun rumore. Le camere sono pulite anche se non molto spaziose.

La colazione non è molto abbondante, inoltre quando la sala è affollata bisogna fare la fila per un cappuccino o un caffè in quanto c'è una sola macchina che eroga tali bevande. La sala per le colazioni non è molto pulita.

Il prezzo di solo 70 euro era invitante. Solo a 4 km da gardaland.

Personale pigro e svogliato, camera piccola, pulizia scadente, riscaldamento a 29 gradi e -parole dell'affaccendatissimo receptionist- non si può fare niente. Luci lampeggianti sul terrazzo che disturbano la notte. Insomma ce ne sono molti altrettanto vicini ai parchi più accoglienti.
