Lovely, comfortable room, big bed Reservation had not gone through, night porter took a while to sort the room out. Bar service slow. Use of pool in spa, ridiculously expensive... 20 euros for a swim?!

You need to pay 20 € a person a day to use the swimming pool, as it is part of the wellness center - not so nice!

clean, top standard of rooms - the double we had - looked as if just refurbished excellent breakfast, very nice dining hall we were there only for the night due to delays on the way and had not used the spa part. the prices for spa services looked tempting for people used to Swiss proces. If i had more time i would certainly ordered some treatments .

Excellent staff! Very helpful and friendly Restaurant was closed on Sunday at 9pm. Spa facilities should be included into the price. No swimming pool. No snacks at the bar available after 11pm.

Posizione centrale - centro benessere La chiesa a pochi metri suona le campane al mattino presto . la stanza exclusive che ci hanno assegnato non corrispondeva alle caratteristiche descritte , ovvero vista , grandezza . in un'hotel di questo livello il parcheggio dovrebbe almeno essere gratuito , o caricato sul costo della camera in modo ..... non evidente .

bella la struttura-personale gentile e attento il percorso kneipp nella SPA non è all'altezza, troppo piccolo!! soprettutto il percorso acqua fredda, manca la continutà!!

La gentilezza della cameriera nel tentare senza riuscirci ad aggiustarmi il tv. La persona (donna) che mi ha ricevuto alla reception molto fredda e sintetica, ho cambiato 2 volte la stanza per il tv che non funzionava ma è stato inutile certi canali impossibili da vedere, la stanza non era all'altezza della volta precedente pur avendo pagato la stessa cifra mi hanno messo nella parte vecchia e per finire il ristorante carissimo (da evitare).

La wifi non ha funzionato e nessuno mi ha saputo dare supporto per risolvere il problema. Colazione scarsa. La prima sera in bagno non ho trovato le saponette. Il secondo giorno si sono scordati gli asciugamani.

Soprattutto la gentilezza di tutto lo staff. Anche se booking.com non gli aveva segnalato la mia richiesta di una camera per disabili, loro me ne hanno dato una di livello superiore senza richiedere sovraprezzo. La camera per disabile era ottima, non ho mai visto una così: aveva 2 bagni uno normale e uno attrezzato per disabili. La camera era bella e aveva anche un balcone e una bella vista alla montagna. C'era anche un bollitore d'acqua con te e cafe. Il ristorante proponeva esclusivamente piatti molto sofisticati senza possibilità di sceglierne di semplici. Chi per motivi di salute ha bisogno di pietanze non elaborate si trova in difficoltà.

Das Haus ist hervorragend unter allen Aspekten. Die Lage ist leider schwach da vor dem Hotel die ziemlich befahrene Hauptstrasse durchgeht.

Konnte das Hotel telefonisch nur mit erheblichen Schwierigkeiten über die angegebene Nummer erreichen - jeweils erst nach 20/25 Minuten. Eine der Angestellten, verließ das Hotel bei meinem Eintreffen, dürfte eine (private?) Dauertelefoniererin sein. Schlüsselcode funktionierte nicht. Klimaanlage nicht im Raum einstellbar, nur über Rezeption. Funktionierte trotzdem nicht. Habe dann aufgegeben, weil der Nachtportier unfähig war etwas zu verändern - oder nicht wollte. Es war 0:30 Uhr. Habe Verständnis - ich war auch hundemüde. Meinem Wunsch auf ein ruhiges und nicht zu kleines Zimmer wurde nicht berücksichtigt = zur Straße, kaum zum Umdrehen im Raum, auf die Toilette musste man sich schräg setzen wegen des Heizkörpers. Das mieseste Service, das ich in den letzten 3 Jahren erlebt habe.

Nice staff The deluxe room we booked had only standard room dimensions (tv took over writing desk due to lack of space ) and had a broken chair and a fused bulb on arrival- but these were fixed quickly Recommend you ask for the larger room on arrival However the bathroom was very deluxe
