Owner was previously informed at booking we will arrive at around midnite,due to our plane delayed by 1hr we arrived at after 1am and was waiting at the front desk for us to let us in. |

Within 5mins from Mestre Station and they provided a map of Venice which is 15min train ride from Venice. The hotel staff doesn't speak English. |

Location is quite convenient to train station with frequent trains into Venice itself. Good location without having to pay the high price of Venice. Very poor service with respect to bringing out clean plates, glasses and replenishing food. We would be at breakfast in the middle of the identified time period, but it would often take over 30 minutes for rolls or cheese plates to be refilled (completely empty, not just reduced selection). |

L'albergo ha un'ottima posizione, a due passi dalla stazione, quindi molto comodo per andare a Venezia e di notte non cè rumore. Al mio arrivo ho constatato che l'accoglienza non era il massimo, poi nel giorno seguente qlche sorriso si è visto. |
