ホテル内の設備はすばらしく、ホテル自体も静かなところに立地していたので快適でした。スタッフの対応も温かく、3日間宿泊しましたが、本当に良い旅の思い出になりました。 |

書いていることが違うというと、うちも困っているというだけで変えてくれなかった。 インターネット無料で利用できると書いてあったが、有料のホットスポットであった。きちんと正しい表示をしてほしい。シャワーのみでお風呂もなかった。 |

部屋にある金庫が壊れていたので、スーツケースの中に子供の財布を隠して食事に出た間に財布がなくなっていた。子供のものなので被害金額はそう多くはないが、気持ちよくない。 |

ホテルへのアクセスでは列車駅からのことしか情報がなかったが、すぐ近くにバス停がありました。本島との往復のときはこのバス停が便利です。 |

Location is quite convenient to train station with frequent trains into Venice itself. Good location without having to pay the high price of Venice. Very poor service with respect to bringing out clean plates, glasses and replenishing food. We would be at breakfast in the middle of the identified time period, but it would often take over 30 minutes for rolls or cheese plates to be refilled (completely empty, not just reduced selection). |

easy access form the train station, nice, staff helpful, good value for a 3 star hotel it was perfectly fine for the price we paid. We came at 9pm and left at 5am. But noticed the room had thin walls which means that it could get pretty noisy during a longer stay. |

Friendly staff, and relaxed atmosphere. Could be better if a lift was installed, especially with children. Also, no tea/coffee facilities in the room. |
