Friendliness of staff and location are second to none. My only gripe would be the shower. As a larger gentleman I found it extremely tight.

The hotel was lovely. It was in a super location, very close to Sarteano, just walking distance in fact. Nadia, the hotel owner could not have been more helpful or friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and she really helped us to move around as we had a friend's wedding to attend and had to be on time. I would definitely go back. Location is super and value for money is spot on. Showers were really small! Worked really well but were quite small!

La cortesia del personale la posizione dell'alloggio facilmente raggiungibile servizi buoni buona posizione e forse qualche cosa mi sfugge è sicuramente consigliabile Per il tempo che ci sono stato non ho trovato nulla di negativo assolutamente nulla

Albergo a gestione familiare. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione di buona qualità. Vicino a varie località turistiche (Chianciano, Chiusi, Montepulciano ecc.) e all'autostrada (uscita Chiusi- Chianciano). Ottimo per famiglie. La qualità della stanza è più di un due stelle che di un tre.

L'albergo e' familiare, pulito, camere dignitose, bagno un po' piccolo ma nuovissimo.colazione ok, entrata libera, si arriva comodamente in macchina, si arriva a piedi nel centro del paese.comodo per visitare anche le zone vicine di pienza e montepulciano.siamo stati solo una notte ma comodi e in zona silenziosa. Lo consiglio.

La prima colazione , di standard europeo.La comodità del letto.il parcheggio.Le convenzioni,-piscina ,musei etc- abbinate al soggiorno. Il restauro conservativo dell'albergo. Nel bagno-completo , arredato bene,ma di160 cm per 120 cm. Un abilissimo idraulico è riuscito ad inserire anche il bidet ,sanitario sconosciuto nel resto del mondo , ragione per cui ha fatto uscire un rivolo d'acqua dal rubinetto.
