Set on top of a small hill in Sardinian woodland overlooking the magical bay of Cugnana, this hotel offers a unique and outstanding location for a relaxing break.
From a distance, Hotel Rocce Sarde has the appearance of a remote monastery. Surrounded by stunning pink rocks and only 2 km away from the renowned and glamorous Emerald Coast, the hotel offers an ideal base for day-trips to the surrounding areas, without sacrificing its tranquil position.
When you are not relaxing with a drink by the swimming pool suspended on the rocks, you could hop on the hotel’s complimentary shuttle service, which runs daily to Portisco beach on a fixed timetable, or work up a sweat on the hotel’s tennis courts.
Whilst your children are entertained at the free mini-club, you could enjoy the wellness activities, which include meditation, muscle toning and stretching exercises and specialized massages on request.
The children’s mini-club is available in the afternoon and is run by a number of bilingual staff. It operates from the middle of June to the middle of September and is free of charge.
A rich buffet breakfast is served on the Panoramic Terrace from 07.30 to 10.00 and is included in the room rate.
Lunch served from 13.00 to 14.30 in La Loggia restaurant overlooking the bay and its island.
Dinner is served from 19.30 to 21:30. Dine by candle-light on the Panoramic Terrace in the restaurant overlooking the Gulf of Cugnana and Island of Soffi and Mortorio. The all dishes are simple, fresh and carefully-prepared.
Once a week, weather permitting, guests can dine at the rustic Old Sheep Path, where they can eat ‘Sardinian style’; in a romantic barn covered with scented juniper, and be entertained by a folk group performing traditional Sardinian songs and dances.
After dinner, guests can also be entertained at the Piano Bar by a pianist performing by the poolside.
The 70 spacious and recently-refurbished rooms are decorated in the traditional Sardinian style and are divided into various types: Standard Double; Comfort Double with sea view; and Superior Double with terrace and sea-view, or veranda on the lawns.
The 10 Suites offer all the independence of a home and are comprised of a spacious living area with sofa-beds, a double bedroom, a shower room and terrace or veranda with sea view.
All the rooms are equipped with: bathroom, minibar, satellite TV, direct dial telephone, hairdryer, fan, safe, air conditioning and heating system.

la quiete, il contesto paesaggistico in cui si colloca, l'arredamento e le finiture
la colazione: mancava assortimento di frutta fresca (solo mele, arance e kiwi) ed esistenza di frutta sciroppata. A mio avviso andrebbe migliorata.
