The owners and staff were all friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel directly on the sea was incredible. The breakfast, lunch bar and dinners were all excellent.

They were working on the parking situation but even so wasn't a big issue.

The location and view was unbeatable!

Tiniest shower ever. Bathroom not very clean. poor and uninteresting food. This hotel is in dire need of being refreshed.

We were alone in the hotel so not a good moment to compare. Very nice staff (Owner) and view from (when booked correct room) window with seaview is super. Bathroom is spacious and clean. Room itself is simple and perhaps needs an overhaul. Good value for money.

Swimmingpool inside is very deep. So no go for not swimmers or small children.

A somewhat disappointing stay - although I'm sure it's all very different during the summertime and high season. Couldn't get dinner on our arrival and nowhere close by enough for weary travellers. Room was very spacious and clean.

Great location!!! Roberto was very friendly and welcoming. The staff although spoke limited English, always tried their upmost to communicate with us in a friendly manner. Clean rooms and lovely breakfast. Kids loved the outside pool and private beach. Great value for money. Parking not a problem! Thank u for a great stay!!!

The rooms are located only 10 meters from the ocean. You can listen to the waves all night long. Perfect location, breathtaking view, pool and private beach.

It was a very relaxing holiday. The da started with breakfast which was perfect, everything you need. A day at the pool/coast is breathtaking. The saltwater pool is builded in a cliff with a path to the sea were you can swin and snorkle. The hotel is build at the foot of a montain right next to the sea. This gives youbthe impression you're n a cruiseship.

There is limited parking space in a deadending tunnel. It is pretty hard to park in there and another hit our car which made it an expensive parking place...

Very friendly & helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Excellent restaurant. Very clean & comfortable rooms. Our room was within 15m of the sea - fantastic.

Very limited parking unless using the tunnel parking that required reversing between parked cars & tunnel wall. Limited restaurant places, so reserve early to avoid disappointment.

The best things about this hotel are the sea view from all the rooms and the helpfulness of the staff. It's also nice having an outdoor pool right by the sea.

It's the only place in Italy I've had a bad coffee. Parking at the hotel is a bit of a challenge and the wifi connection is a bit patchy.

Very friendly people, perfect location and concept, hotel on the cliff, above the sea, parking in the cave. Super!

    Quite pricy restaurant for Italy.

The Hotel's proximity to the sea with a pool and ample loungers is its best feature. Nice to be able to jump right into the sea from the rocks. We didn't like much else unfortunately.

Parking was a nightmare. The hotel is at the end of a narrow road where turning was dificult. The only "private parking" was in an underground tunnel which you had to reverse into through the narrowest of spaces. If you took your car out, you were likely to have nowhere to park when you came back. The Hotel's immediate environs are pretty but the waterfront at Ospidaletti (where the only restaurants etc within walking distance are) is very run down. Our family room had a lovely view- but that's as good as it got. It was small and there was totally inadequate storage for 4 people and nowhere to dry even a pair of swimming trunks There was one electric socket in the room (which was dangerously loose) for 4 people. The "free wi-fi" was so slow that it was of little use (even for simple web browing). The swimming pool was far too deep for my 8 year old to stand in. Breakfast was seved in what was effectively a corridor - on our first morning most of the food was gone despite the fact we were down for breakfast by 9.30. People constantly bumped off me as I ate because there was inadequate room to get past where I was seated. All of this while the dining room proper appeared to go unused. I would forgive all of the above were it not for the extraordinarily rude behaviour of the owner towards my wife and I in front of my children and other guests when we left early (having given a day's notice of our intention to so do) We have holidayed in Italy many times. I have never written a negative review of a hotel before on a travel website but this is comfortably the worst hotel I have stayed in in Italy during any of my visits.

Excellent location, hotel's owner is very friendly and helpfully . Hotel have a privet beach and free parking. You fill yourself here like at home ( so relax and calm). The hotel is very suitable for fans to have a rest in silence, to avoid the tourist crowds. Therefore we stayed there 3 times and booked a room for next vacancies.

It's will be nice to have a more strong fi-wi signal in the room.
