Hotelli oli hyvällä paikalla lähellä keskustaa ja Vatikaania. Se oli silti rauhallisella paikalla. Itse hotelli oli kivan pieni ja siellä oli mukava tunnelma. Aamupala oli riittävä. Hotellin työntekijät olivat avuliaita ja ystävällisiä. Kuljetuspalvelu lentokentälle kotiinlähtöaamuna toimi erittäin hyvin ja oli tarpeellinen. Internet-sivujen perusteella hotellissa olisi pitänyt olla asiakkaiden käytössä hotellin aulassa Internet. Se oli kuitenkin koko ajan rikki (4 pv). Muuten ei ollut mitään valittamista. |

Hotelli oli hyvällä paikalla ja katumelu ei kuulunut ainakaan meidän huoneeseen. Turvallinen sijainti, mukava ja joustava henkilökunta, paljon hyviä ravintoloita ihan vieressä ja lyhyt matka ostoksille sekä Vatikaaniin. Kuljetuspalvelut kentälle olivat ajoissa ja kuljettajat asiansa osaavia. Hotelli on pieni, joten kaikki huoneet ovat vastaanoton/aamiaistilan vieressä. Näin ollen aamun toimien aiheuttama häly häiritsee, koska se kuuluu huoneisiin selvästi. Siispä korvatulpat mukaan ja näin saa nukuttua mukavasti. |

Henkilökunta avuliasta ja ystävällistä. Huone oli siisti ja hyväkuntoinen. Hotellin sijainti erinomainen ja palvelut ainakin meille aikuisille ihan riittävät. Huone vähän liian pieni. Huoneista kuului läpi kaikki toisiin huoneisiin ja aamiaishuoneesta asti kantautui äänet huoneeseemme. |

The location was perfect for sightseeing in Rome. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Finding the hotel was extremly difficult there is little or no signposting. The breakfast was the worst we had in 3 weeks in Italy with stale bread rolls and tiny tables in a very hot foyer. |

Fantastic location! Easy walk to Vatican, Piazza Navona, Campo de Fiori etc. Clean and quiet neighbourhood. A little difficult to find - no signage outside. |

Location was excellent.Beds comfortable ,breakfast good too,juice,coffee sandwiches, croissants,very delicious indeed .For us were more than enough .Recommend this hotel for short breaks After walking all day we came back and the gates were closed ,so we could not find the way in.Finally after some time some people let us in and receptionist explain that we suppose to ring the number marked Roma dei Papi ,like in apartments.We stay for one night only so it was acceptable that room window were facing another building and we could not see anything :(if we would stay longer would be very disappointing. |

The room was clean and of a good size. The staff was very helpfull, and there for 24 hours. Location - is very comfortable, although didn't seem so at the first glamps. Overall - I would recomend this hotel, and would stay there again. The breakfast was a bit poor, but that is the standard (and the coffee needs serious improvement). Internet station was not working... |

Hotel location is excelent, walking distance of lots of main sights. The room was modern and clean with air condition, and staff was very friendly and helpful. Braakfast basic, no fruits. |

Hotel location was excellent it is right next to the Castel Saint Angelo and walking distance to the Vatican and many other Rome sites. The room was clean and fairly large (for Rome). Breakfast was pretty good too. Bed could have been a little more comfortable - but it wasn't too bad. |

Room size and bathroom, able to take tea and coffee back to the room, internet access in the room. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Walls are very thin, ambient noise was louder than expected. No bar area to relax in during the evening. Breakfast area is small and we found ourselves having breakfast at a table in the reception area for two mornings. Bed was firm. Although internet connection was available in the reception area, it was painfully slow. No wireless internet. |

The location was perfect, we didn't use the public transport. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also enough for us. We had a great time in Rome. |

As the hotel was small you didn't have to walk an age to get to your room. Staff were really friendly and happy to help if/where they could. Location was great - within credible walking distance of lots of main sights, as opposed to the reality 'marathon' that lots of hotels claim is 'only five minutes from main sights'. Breakfast was satisfactory but nothing amazing. Signage to get to the hotel for the first time was non existant as it is housed within a much larger building so was pleased we took a taxi from the airport so a local could 'deliver us to the door'. Not sure we'd have easily found it otherwise. |

Excellent service of hotel staffs, very accommodating and helpful. Hotel reception Mr. Giuseppe helped us to carry our luggage upon arrival & check in. Provided good information of sight seeing, transportation, bonus for Internet connection. Booked triple room, very clean and nice. Would be nice to have hot tea/coffee maker inside the room. |
