La situation et la propreté correcte

Le lieux des petits déjeuners étriqué et étouffant. Les petits déjeuners ou il manquait toujours quelque chose : les chocolats chauds ou le beurre.

Nous avons aimé sa proximité ainsi que le quartier ou il est localisé. la literie est très confortable.

La salle de bain n'est pas très grande. Manque de tabouret pour la valise.

le calme, la propreté de l'établissement, le cadre familial de l'hôtel dû à sa petite taille, la gentillesse du personnel, la proximité du Vatican et de la Rome ancienne.

L'accueil, l'intrêt du personnel et la disponibilité manifetée pour les renseignements et autres. L'organisation du transfert à l'aéroport.

first off the location is excellent. we looked right at castel sant angelo. second the staff was wonderful. thorough, helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay here next time we are in roma!!

the shower had no place to put soap or shampoo, had to put it on the floor

The hotel was immaculately clean and close to everything. The price was excellent. The staff was wonderful.

We liked everything.

It was comfortable hotel which has clean and tidy room. But room that we stayed was little small for 3 people.Location is ok. Very suitable at walking distance to center and very near to a supermarket and a green park. But you need to keep kids silent because of insufficient sound isolation. Receptionists were changing each day and most of them were warm people, they were looking at their computer screens all the time and there was not enough communication and interaction.

It is sold as triple room but the third single bed cannot be considered as a regular bed. Due to space limitations, it was attached to the double bed. Breakfast was very very poor. Wifi was not working at all points in the room. Funny shower tube, you cannot fit if you are not slim!! Forget having a nice shower. Around ten stairs, you have to carry your stroller each time you get in-out.

Location, location, location! Also, all the clerks were young people who spoke very good English and were very helpful in helping us get a shuttle to the airport. Air-conditioning was a huge factor in our choice of hotel in this price range. Also, having a room safe was important to us. As was having a breakfast included.

My 18 year old daughter freaked out because she found hairs in her sheets. We finally decided it was probably more from the bedspread, so we put our bedspreads on the floor. I saw staff cleaning my room, so I know they tried to clean. The battery on our room safe was low, so we had to wait a day before the desk clerk could learn where the extra batteries were from his boss, then he very promptly replaced the batteries (had never done it before, so he was learning the process!)

The location is excellent: Sant'Angelo Castel and St. Peters Square in Vatican City is just 10-minutes walk distance and we managed to see in in the first evening of our arrival to Rome! Beside this we were able to see all Roma's sightseeings including Colosseo on foot. (If you have not so much time and wish to visit all must-see objects of City, you may take a metro from Spagna station in order to go to Piazza della Repubblica). We had enough energy to walk daily circle: from hotel to Roma downtown (walking via most beautiful Ponte Sant'Angelo bridge) - Trastevere for evening meal - and back to hotel bed. We enjoyed espresso coffee at breakfast (the meal was OK for a 2 star hotel, we missed fruits only) Internet and map with main sightseeings of Roma is free of charge, thanks! Room is very clean and we got changed towels even at the days we didn't ask for that. Karen's from Copenhagen advice is worthy of note: "take the "SIT" Shuttle Bus from Fiumincino airport instead of the train to Termini/Trastevere. The Shuttle Bus stops right by Piazza Cavour, a 2 minute walk from the hotel". Ask hotel staff for Shutlle Bus schedule and do the same when you travel back to airport. Bus transfer from Fimicino airport is the cheapest (6-8 € one way ticket, but you can take a return ticket and you'll save even a bit more) and very convenient way to get to hotel and back to airport. All in all we thought it was a good value for money and if we stayed there again, the main reason would be the location of hotel. No option to choose a room - we asked for a room at the upper floor, but we got the nearest room to the reception (and any excuse from the stuff). The room is not big, the breakfast area is in the lounge and very small, so you would have to wait if you come to have breakfast at the same time as others guests - the hotel has 10 rooms, but there are only 3 tables in breakfast area... surely it would be nice to get some fresh fruits every couple of days? The fridge in the room can cool just few degrees below the rooms temperature, we have no problem with that (we got fresh and cold drinking water from water-taps on the streets), but people who would like to keep food for two or more days, should take a note on this. There were at least six different staff members working at this hotel during the rather short period (except a lady who was in charge of breakfast), and only one or perhaps two of staff were friendly and smiling, but on other hand we got everything we needed so there was no complains on that, just information for people who have certain attitude of Italian temperament :) No welcome or smile at the day we arrived either, but it was not a problem for us (just tips for staff might have been better). We enjoyed our stay in Roma anyway :)

This is a lovely small hotel right in the heart of Rome. Only 10mins walk to Vatican City and a 20 min walk to the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and Pantheon. The rooms were very clean and serviced daily and the staff were lovely. The breakfast area is small with only four tables but we got a table every morning of our four nights stay. The breakfasts were simple but nice with cereal, ham, eggs, rolls, pastries and yogurt. There was a choice of fruit, fruit juice and coffees. We would stay here again and would recommend to others.

O atendimento. Os funcionários são ótimos, extremamente educados e gentis.

O wi-fi não funciona no quarto.

Расположение чудесное - шаговая доступность ко всем достопримечательностям Рима. Тихое место внутри двора жилого дома с кей-доступом на территорию. Вечером широчайший выбор досуга в шаговой доступности.

Равнодушие персонала к постояльцам. Однообразие и скудность завтраков. Встретились даже испорченные продукты. Место для завтрака чуть более кабины лифта. Шумная сантехника, разваливающаяся сантехарматура.

Temiz, çok merkezi. Çalışanlar cana yakın. Kahvaltı bence iyi, ama bizim ağız tadımızdan biraz farklı. Zaten bütün gün romada gezmekten canınız çıkıyor.Oteli sadece yatmaktan yatmaya kullandık. Oldukça rahattı

Pozitia hotelului foarte buna 5 min. pana la Vatican 15 min pana la Piata Navonna, zona linistita.Personalul hotelului foarte amabil si placut incepand cu patronul si pana la personalul care face curatenie(Irina).Te simti ca acasa nu ai sentimentul ca te afli la hotel.Micul dejun excelent servit in conditii extrem de civilizate.O sa mai revenim cu siguranta!

La posizione del b & b e' davvero centrale. E' un b & b quindi I servizi sono adeguati alla categoria. Qualita'prezzo adeguata. La camera era molto calda.

Lo spazio riservato alla colazione davvero ristretto. Wi - fi inesistente. Pecca: I cellulari non prendono!!! Manca portiere notturno.

la pulizia della stanza era quasi perfetta, pure i vestiti piegati! la posizione ottima a 2 passi da tutto. Il receptionist Giampiero simpaticissimo e disponibile, lo stesso vale per la cameriera Irina. Grazie a tutti per il soggiorno.

Le cose negative che mi vengono in mente sono il telecomando della tv in camera non c'era perchè era rotto, e tenetene da parte uno di scorta!. In più la tv non era assolutamente aggiornata con i canali(sintonizzata) si vedeva solo rai 1, La 7 e pochi altri canali (la mediaset???), e siccome che dalle finestre non è che c'è un panorama stupendo, anzi, quando uno è in camera l'unico modo per rilassarsi è vedere la tv quindi quella deve essere impeccabile, semmai non metterla nemmeno tra i servizi. e poi un'altra cosa da non mettre tra i servizi se non è offerta in modo efficiente, è il servizio wifi. Ma io dico nel 2013 con tutte le tecnologie che ci sono, è così faticoso o costo mettere un amplificatore per la linea??? semmai è initile mettere la password ovunque se non va!!!! Mi lamento di questo perchè comunque l'albero a 3 stelle non è per nulla economico quindi almeno i servizi che offrite fate che siano efficienti!

大晚上从火车站辗转感到旅馆时，已经劳顿不堪，一看到舒适的房间，疲劳感顿减。等服务人员告诉我们这个建筑- 已经有100多年，附近就有著名景点时，更是疲惫全消。 旅馆服务很到位，早餐很好，离梵蒂冈果真只有15分钟路程，各方面都很满意。 尤其值得赞扬的时，前台的接待人员非常热情，给出的餐饮和旅游建议很有用，谢谢！
