La proximité du centre historique, le calme dans la chambre (côté cours), la propreté des chambres, literie confortable, bel hôtel dans son ensemble. Petit déjeuner un peu moyen, mais acceptable. |

Le personnel ce met à disposition pour donner les renseignements pratiques pour les visites, restaurants, etc... L'accueil a été merveilleux. Propreté de la chambre. Proche du Vatican et du Châteux St-Ange. De plus, juste derrière l'hôtel il y a une place avec plusieurs arrêts de bus. Manque de place pour le petit déjeuner. La chambre était un peu petite. Si nous n'avions pas pris de taxi, il nous aurait été imposible de trouver l'hôtel (pas d'indication dans la rue et sur l'immeuble). |

Hotel location is excelent, walking distance of lots of main sights. The room was modern and clean with air condition, and staff was very friendly and helpful. Braakfast basic, no fruits. |

Hotel location was excellent it is right next to the Castel Saint Angelo and walking distance to the Vatican and many other Rome sites. The room was clean and fairly large (for Rome). Breakfast was pretty good too. Bed could have been a little more comfortable - but it wasn't too bad. |

Room size and bathroom, able to take tea and coffee back to the room, internet access in the room. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Walls are very thin, ambient noise was louder than expected. No bar area to relax in during the evening. Breakfast area is small and we found ourselves having breakfast at a table in the reception area for two mornings. Bed was firm. Although internet connection was available in the reception area, it was painfully slow. No wireless internet. |

The location was perfect, we didn't use the public transport. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also enough for us. We had a great time in Rome. |

As the hotel was small you didn't have to walk an age to get to your room. Staff were really friendly and happy to help if/where they could. Location was great - within credible walking distance of lots of main sights, as opposed to the reality 'marathon' that lots of hotels claim is 'only five minutes from main sights'. Breakfast was satisfactory but nothing amazing. Signage to get to the hotel for the first time was non existant as it is housed within a much larger building so was pleased we took a taxi from the airport so a local could 'deliver us to the door'. Not sure we'd have easily found it otherwise. |

Excellent service of hotel staffs, very accommodating and helpful. Hotel reception Mr. Giuseppe helped us to carry our luggage upon arrival & check in. Provided good information of sight seeing, transportation, bonus for Internet connection. Booked triple room, very clean and nice. Would be nice to have hot tea/coffee maker inside the room. |

The hotel is very small, but room sizes are good and very clean. the staff are all very friendly. breakfast was very nice. The loction of this hotel is excellent for the vatican and is in walking distance of most of the main attractions. |

The very friendly and helpful staff who were excellent in terms of giving advice and helping with reservations for museums etc. All staff spoke very good English and could not have been friendlier.Also this was the one hotel in Europe where we had free access to the internet with a computer located for the use of hotel guests at the front desk, which was a definite bonus. Close to the Vatican. The room was fairly small and basic but quite comfortable. |

Staff were friendly and helpful and did everything to help make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Any request for help was dealt with in a friendly and helpful manner and never regarded as 'too much trouble'. |

It was central to all places of interest. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel had excellent security and we felt very safe and looked after. |

excellent location, very pleasant staff, clean modern rooms. One of our two rooms was unavailable so they had arranged another hotel for us. This was a significant inconvenience for our family. They were helpful but it is not the kind of surprise you look forward to after traveling halfway across the planet. |

Goede en behulpzame ontvangst. Correcte beantwoording van vragen, oa verduidelijking openbaar vervoer. Gebruik van een internationaler taal (oa engels). Propere slaap- en badkamer. Voldoende variatie bij ontbijtbuffet (indien beperkt tot ca 4 nachten, anders eentonig). Vriendelijke ontbijtbediening. Geen nachtlawaai. Mooi uitzicht. Correcte eindafrekening. Het ontbijt vindt plaats in een kleine ruimte, waarvan ook de receptie deel uit maakt. Drukke enkel-richting 4-rijstroken (in werkelijkheid maar 3!) voor de deur, maar gescheiden van het gebouw door een ruime privé parking. |

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, el personal se esmera en atender y resolver dudas tipicas del turista, es limpio y todas las instalaciones son nuevas aun cuando al principio asusta un poco el edf antiguo donde queda. Very well located, quality of service. very clean and totallly renewed inside. They can improve the internet access, if you don´t bring your laptop the hotel have a PC with acess but restricted and with a slow conection |
