Amazing shower, good and full breakfast, comfortable bed, nice and quiet location
Quiet location close to the Vatican. Easy access to other Rome stuff via train and bus.
Breakfast in bed. Very kind personal. They are ready to help you with everything. Thank you all!
Nothing bad to say.
Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. staff was always helpful!
Location. It was in a neighborhood like environment. Few shops and restaurants around.
- Terriffic location; - delicious breakfast; - exceptional view; I highly recommend Roma Dreaming for anyone wishing to see as much Rome as possible. It's close to bus stop 64 which provides connection to termini station and is within 10 minute walk from St. Peter's. Price to value ratio is perfect!
Shower cabin was leaking and the floor was always wet beneath it, however it has been always thoroughly cleaned.
Friendliness of staff, rooms cleaned on daily basis, beautiful rooms, kitchenette, location (quite area, close to Vatican, bus connection with city centre)
For some people location may be a problem. On a hill in a quiet residential area, only one small restaurant on the street
Sympathy is overflowing this Hotel. You will find the most receptive people working there. Thank you for everything!
Within 5 minutes walk from train and bus. Very close to the Vatican. Staff were very friendly and willing to help. We were upgraded to a superior room.
Kitchenette lacked utensils. Unfortunately, we had problems with a leaking pipe from the bath onto the floor.
Lovely clean room. Quiet. friendly staff
We had the use of kitchen but poorly equipped.
The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and always willing to make my stay more comfortable. Good security.
The towels for the body were very small and did not even wrap around the body. The tv control only worked from a close proximity. I requested a balcony and unfortunately was not given one and I had booked quite far in advance. The buzzer to get into rooms is very loud. The area down the road was a little unsavoury especially if arriving back late.
We were in the Pearl room and unfortunately the doors were not the greatest and were very loud when opening and closing. Other than that, I thought the hotel was lovely.
The location. Walking distance to all attractions.
When we arrived we were given a briefing about the hotel and local modes of transport which was helpful, including a simplified map of the area. The security is good and you're able to come and go as you please as there is staff available twenty-four hours a day.
The shower and bath leaked all over the floor and the plumbing rattled very loudly while bathing. The bath was a spa bath but it didn't work. There were no chairs on the balcony and the breakfast wasn't very good.
Rooms every day cleaning service, good location, staff is perfect!
Wifi speed is slowly, but it not principal for us, and the morning noise in the street(
Situated out of town but close to transport, comfortable, friendly, staff and fell safe and secure during our stay.
Kittens facilities could have been better. ( no kettle, not enough coffee cups )

Very Clean and cosy little place. The staff always stayed friendly and helped with every issue we had.
Location Cozy furniture Breakfast brought to your suite Beautiful bathrooms Helpful staff
The private terrace was awesome. Private views of the vatican. Nice room. Staff were very helpful.
No wifi in the room only in the lobby all the way downstairs. Housekeeping came into our room twice without knocking whilst we were 'busy'. And came again when we had do not disturb sign on door. It was weird. The shower leaked.
The staff was so welcoming and accommodating when we found a better rate than what we had booked at. They helped us sort things out, they were warm, spoke great English and overall made us feel glad to be with them and glad we were there.
Wifi only in lobby. Not a huge problem, but something to know. They do have Ethernet cords in the rooms.
Friendly staff, excellent management of the manager, Cleanliness, good facilities
Lack of wifi in the room I would rather a buffet breakfast , not served in the room
Very helpful and friendly stuff, really impressed by the view on St. Peter's (I've stayed at the room on the top with the balcony)
Modern and very secure. Staff were amazing and very accommodating Close to San Pietro train station
It stated on the website that each room had wifi access this was not true and only available on the ground floor
This was our last stay in Italy after 4 weeks of travelling. I must say after all the places we stayed this would have to be the most comfortable. The beds were amazing and it was the first place that i didn't need to ask for extra pillows. Your breakfast is the typical Italian breakfast, croissant and biscuits. The room is modern and very clean. We stayed in the gold room on the 3rd floor, which gave us access to our own balcony with views of the Vatican. The staff are available 24hrs a day and very friendly. Nothing was a problem for them. Just across the street is a great little cafe/ bar which was very handy. Highly recommend this hotel. However if you have a car, it doesn't provide parking.
The balcony was lovely, however a small table would be a nice addition for the mornings you would like to eat breakfast outside, or for an evening drink.
Great kitchen area which is shared between 2 rooms. Lovely balcony with partial view of the Vatican Dome. Supermarket down the road. General appearance of the hotel - reception, hallways, and front patio. TV was available in English which turned out to be important as the hotel was so far away from things so we were able to relax and watch tv in the evenings. Owner was lovely and very informative.
Location - although we're young and don't mind walking to things, this was just too far away - although it was 5 min walk to the Vatican everything was well beyond that. The room appeared lovely with great decor but the white walls seriously needed to be painted with lots of black marks on them. But as stated the room was clean. The shower was a disaster!! The first day we used the shower the water actually came into the bedroom!! I knew this was going to happen as I'd read it in a review prior to our arrival. Hoped it had been fixed but wasn't. When we informed reception she said it wasn't their fault and to put towels down! With that I asked for extra towels I was told they had no big towels but that we'd get extra small ones! We didn't!! So our solution was to use the shower at a much lower pressure and to block the door with the few towels we had!! Not an ideal situation!! The breakfast consisted of all sweet things - nothing wholesome - no cereal. Aside from the owner, other staff members who worked in the evenings weren't very knowledgable or were fairly inaccurate with information (one told us the train would get us from san pietro station to roma termini in 5 mins , it took 30!! - luckily we left early!!) overall roma dreaming was not worth the money. We reckon we'd get somewhere nicer in a better location for the same price.
