the hotel is situated in the most central position of the city,great for sightseeing and shopping. my single room was generally clean but carpet and easychair rather grubby. |

Friendly and very helpfull staff. Although check-in was 12 noon, we arrived early and were allowed immediately in our room as it was ready, which was a nice surprise. We booked (and got) a room at the inner side and although the hotel is in a busy area, we did not have street noise at all. Breakfast was ok to our (Belgian) norms. Close to airport bus stop - and at walking distance from city center. Restaurants (pizzerie) very close by |

The hotel is very conveniently located in the piazza across from the train station. The room had a bathtub which was a very pleasant surprise after so many small showers during our stays at hotels in Italy. Also, the breakfast was pretty good. The price we paid thru booking it online was more expensive than if we had just gotten a room there without prior bookings. It had a business hotel feel to it. |

Great location to explore Turin's city centre. The staff were very friendly and had excellent restaurant-recommendations. Our (comfort) room was very spacious and nicely furnished with antiques. Breakfast is ok. Our friend stayed in a (comfort) single room which was a bit small and not as nicely furnished as our double room. Also, at the weekend (when the hotel was almost full) breakfast was very busy and we struggled to find a table - but everything else was great! |

Good location for train station and airport bus. Room was ok, it had tall ceilings and a large window overlooking the park. Staff were unhelpful and the maid let herself into our room twice before checkout without knocking, on both occasions causing embarrassment! Luggage storage was not secure, but we had no choice to leave it there as we had skis and 5 months worth of equipment. Air conditioning had to be on or the window open as the room was so hot. |

Les réceptionnistes sont accessibles et patients envers les clients qui ne parlent pas l'italien. Ils parlent anglais ou français avec le sourir.La chambre était plutôt grande. De plus, bienqu' il semble évident que cet hôtel a une clientelle d'une certaine classe, a aucun moment nous (petit couple pépère) n'avons ressenti l'impression de ne pas être à notre place. |

Il palazzo è molto bello, la posizione strategica, staff cortese e disponibile. Io ho prenotato la tariffa tourist e così mi sembrava anche economico. Unica nota leggermente negativa era il riscaldamento molto alto, ma con l'apertura dell'ampia portafinestra il problema era risolto. |

Die Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofes und der Altstadt ist ideal und zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Das Frühstückbuffet ist reichhaltig und der Service nett. Das Einzelzimmer mit einem Bett für den Preis eher bescheiden. Für eine Nacht o.k. Ein klassisches *** Hotel und für eine Stätdtereise geeignet. |

Sehr gute Ausgangslage für Stadtbesichtigung, das Personal ist freundlich, das Frühstück gut liegt an einem stark befahrenen Platz und ist daher nachts laut. Die Fenster sind noch alt und die Klimaanlage ebenfalls, daher laut. |
