Not simple (impossible) to catch shuttle from airport to hotel, no signs and indication at all.

Clean, convenient to airport.

This hotel suited our needs perfectly. Would recommend this hotel for proximity to airport. Not located for anything but this. But accommodations were very good.

wake up call worked well.

Female night clerk promised coffee and yogurt before the 6:40am shuttle for the airport, but the morning male clerk was very rude and said this was not possible. A kitchen lady did arrive in time to provide a cup of coffee. There was no restaurant in the hotel and we had not had dinner. The streets were not safe or easy to navigate after dark. Our taxi had a problem locating the hotel and had to ask directions several times. There were no outlets for my medical equipment at the head of the bed, so I had to sleep at the foot of the bed and plug in on the opposite wall.

The shuttle doesn't run past 10 pm (our flight came in after that) and the shuttle back to the airport in the morning was fully booked by time we got in, even though we requested a spot on it before our arrival. Therefore, using the "free" shuttle was absolutely no use for us, having to pay 20 Euro's to get there and 15 Euro's back to the airport. We should have just stayed elsewhere, as this ended up being much more expensive that it should have been.

The hotel was clean and everything looked new. The room looked like I was the first person to use it. The hotel staff was friendly enough.

The hotel isn't in that great of a neighborhood but its extremely close to the airport. The shuttle bus is a Courtyard Marriott shuttle bus so don't look for it to say Comfort Hotel. I went out to get some food and when I got back the receptionist told me there was no eating in the room and I'd have to eat my dinner in the dining room. The queen size bed was two small mattresses pushed together. All of the rooms don't have balconies because mine didn't.

We have enjoyed our short stay very much in this hotel. In Europe, Comfort Hotel Roma matches with our North American standards. We will highly recommend our friends to book this hotel for their future vacation.

There was no signs for shuttle bus service at the Rome Airport. We could not avail this service. I suggest to improve this service with proper signs and correct/complete information at thier Website. Hotel can draw more business with shuttle bus service.

Proximity to the airport

Kind of difficult to find while driving a rental car. No possibility of eating in the hotel in the evening.

The deco was excellent. The bedrooms and breakfast area were very clean and comfortable. We (group of 20 for 10 rooms) were very happy about the hotel.

For some rooms, we found a bit trouble with the entry keys. But the problems were fixed efficiently.

We stayed here because we had an early flight out of Fiumicino the next morning. We had our medium sized dog with accompanying us as well. The staff was super friendly and check-in was easy considering our late arrival time. The hotel is very clean and spacious. The bed was fantastic and we had a great night's sleep. It was a short distance from the airport and we were able to park our car with most of our belongings in their secure parking area behind the hotel. This hotel was truly a hidden gem and would gladly stay here again.

the location is nice for an early morning flight at the airport. the free shuttle to the hotel is also nice, exactly on time at bay 19, staff very professional and friendly. very nice bathroom and very clean room

Second nights stay had a very helpfull desk person and was a joy to work with. The room she gave us was much better than our first stay when we could not control the lights in our room. The rooms were clean, and the bathrooms very nice.

Comfort did not give us instructions to find their hotel shuttle and no one in the airport was able to tell us where we could find it. We could not seem to dial the Comfort Inn directly ( no intructions on the booking on how to dial on an us phone in Italy) Boolking.Com was very helpful and got the instruction for finding the shuttle for us, as well as explaining how to dial an Italian phone number from a us base phone.

Desk and personnel were excellent hosts and were ready to assist with any request that was made.

Transportation from the airport to the hotel was complicated and not easy.

It was convenient to get to airport. The staff was friendly and helpful. Provided early check in with no questions and assisted with early departure for flight.

When we booked this hotel it was because the reviews were good, it was close to the airport and offerred a free shuttle to the airport. The shuttle we came to find out was not free but for 2 adults, and 2 small children we had to pay 160 Euro!!! This was an expense we were not expecting and frankly we would have stayed somewhere else if we had known the shuttle would have been so costly!

Thought your hotel was one of the nicest I've ever stayed in, beautiful design of room and lobby area. Very comfortable. Very nice staff.

Key activated lights in room a little difficult. Probably would have worked it out better if I'd stayed longer than 1 night.

becuase i have one day transit travel, i liked that the hotel is nearby the airport and there is a shuttle free of charge and at the time can pick you up, it is practical hotel for transit trips.

i do not like that there is no public transportation nearby the hotel, so you have to take taxi to Roma city it cost about 60 Euro or you have to catch the bus which will go to other area to reach to metro and then can reach to Roma main train station.

Excellent price for the room. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport. The free van transport to the airport was a plus. It was quiet, clean and comfortable with a great bathroom! Great staff.

Not a good choice for staying in Rome. It's a long, expensive drive if you are going to the city/sights. Sub par breakfast, but that wasn't high on our list.
