The front desk attendant, Anna was good, then when Guiseppi, was there at the front desk he was wonderful, extremely helpful and we were very appreciative. He should be duplicated. The noise after flying in from the us was horrible due to renovation. The shuttle was hard to reach from the airport but he did pick us up but the next day the return we had to pay for. We would have reservations about staying there again because of the inconvenience , but we did greatly appreciate Guiseppi. We have not yet returned home as we are still on our travels |

good location,near airport,bus to shopping arcade from there train to rome. currently upgrading,more rooms & building house,work from 0730-1800.noise ok at night,suposed to complete jan/feb 10 |

Staff spoke english. Proximity to airport. Elevator/Lift. Room was hot/no Air Conditioning!! 29.8 c (85.6 f). Had to keep the sliding door open and the door to the hallway open to have any air circulation; construction outside sliding door was noisy (especially noisy with the door open. Wife and I could not sleep with the heat. Advertised free shuttle to/from airport, however, shuttle doesn't start until 0700; this was not advertised and cost us an additional 20 Euro. Overall, this was a horrible way to end a magnificent 21 day trip to Italy. |

1 :the hotel had no shuttle to it from airport 2 ; the hotel was and still is a building site 3 : there was no way of getting anything to eat or drink all in all a dump |

Shuttle service to airport is a big plus but HOW to arrange for that shuttle service from the airport was not mentioned on the hotel website Hotel is undergoing major construction so quite noisy during working hours |

The desk employer upon arrival was just lovely and went out of her way to help us. When we were unsatisfied by our room, the bedspread and chair upholstry were filthy, she changed our room and that room was fine. Breakfast was good, too. One bad, the hotel advertised a van to/from fco, but the van was not working the day we arrived, a Sunday afternoon in mid October, so we had to spend 13 Euro for a cab. The next day, I had to request that the van driver stop texting as he drove us to fco, but all was well and we arrived safely. |

The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very nice. One of the advertised features of the hotel (and one of the reasons for choosing it over others) was "free shuttle". When we arrived at the airport and rang the hotel (at around 2:00 pm) we were told that the shuttle wouldn't be operating until 5:00 pm. This was not mentioned on the website. That was an extra 20 euro we had to pay for a taxi - we were very disappointed. |

Very helpful staff. Free pickup service from the airport in the evening and taxi arrangements for a 5:00 am return to the airport the next morning. Dirty carpets in hallways and entrance. |

The room was very clean and it was very close to fco Airport. We did not have a chance to check out the beaches, but we checked out nearby shopping malls which was a fun adventure. The hotel was under construction in some areas, and the pool is cemented in. So when we saw that there was a pool at one time, we thought that would have been a bonus if it was still there. |

I liked the shuttle to the Airport. The room was small but nice. Bed was comfortable & the sheets were luxurious. Nice bathroom wi;th travertine marble on the walls & floors. Nice cherry cabinets. Good price at 130 euros per night. Within walking distance to main square the river had fishing boats moored...quite quaint. There was construction going on while we stayed there & the noise kept us up when we were taking an afternoon nap. The breakfast was a little sparse. The shuttle from the Airport did not operate during the time we arrived & we had to take a taxi; unfortunately we did not know this & it was too far to walk. We were led to believe it was a short walk to the Airport. |

It was close to Fiumincino airport and shops eating places and bars. Also it was quiet. It did not have tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. |

Proximity to airport, shopping and restaurants. Agent at desk arranged for cab for our early morning flight. Wake-up call did not come. Problem with phone. Good thing we had a travel clock set to alarm! |

I arrived during a thunderstorm to a very pleasant desk clerk. The room was nice and it was close to the airport. It was good to get some sleep before the next leg of my trip. The shuttle does not run after 8 p.m. so you need to take a taxi there if you arrive late--12.5 euros plus tip. The shuttle did return me to the airport in the morning, though. They provided a nice breakfast with the room. |
