Hotel Roma Imperiale  

Nice big rooms with big marble bathrooms. Interior and exterior design is nice. The hotel is 2 km outside acqui terme, and i´m sure it will be a nice walk when all the workers are done with the bridge. Some of the staff is very smiling and nice, others looked like they got half-payed..

I think the hotel is a bit worn down because off bad maintance outside. What about hireing a person to clean and do the outside as nice as the inside?

L'ambiente rilassante ed elegante. I trattamenti del centro benessere con personale altamente preparato e cortese. Un insieme di componenti che anche in un soggiorno breve ti fanno sentire coccolato e appagato... "è stato come aver staccato la spina ed essere stati via per 15 giorni, anche se in realtà si è trattato solamente di un week and".

L'eleganza degli ambienti ed il parco dove l'hotel è inserito.

restaurant op dag van aankomst gsloten. Geen enkele informatie verstrekt bij ankomst. Stug en onvriendelijk personeel. Het onbijt kon ook wel wat uitgebreider zijn in relatie tot de kamerprijs.Buiten stan tafels mar diner kan alleen binnen in het restuarant, terwijl het ideaal weer is om buiten te eten. Hert zwembad wordt s avonds afgezet met rood lint wat s morgens om 10 00 uur weer wordt verwijderd. Men heeft blijkbaar geen begrip voor mensen die en dagtripje maken en bij terugkomst nog even willen verpozen bij het zwembad. Dit heb ik nog in gen enkel hotel meegemaakt.

In una camera matrimoniale ci si aspetta che anche il letto lo sia. Non due letti singoli uniti.

Una struttura fantastica

Negativo no ma migliorerei il menù, I piatti offerti sono ottimi cucinati bene ma mi sarei aspettato una scelta più raffinata dei piatti

Im Mai sind Restaurant und Pool geschlossen und in der Bar gibt es keine Sitzgelegenheiten. Man muss sich immer auswärts verpflegen gehen und dazu das Auto nehmen, weil das Hotel ausserhalb liegt. Flexibilität der Direktion lässt zu wünschen übrig. Das Wellness ist im Preis nicht inbegriffen und sehr teuer; über den üblichen Rates. Schade, dass man die Facilities nicht nutzen konnte, es war warm genug für den Aussenpool.

Confort nelle camere carente per un 4 stelle Buffet carente/scarso nella varietà tra dolce e salato, molte cose confezionate per un 4 stelle mi sarei aspettato molto di più Parcheggio scomodo e approssimativo a primo impatto poco professionale, alla reception non hanno la divisa, sempre a conduzione familiare.
