Clean room, good bed,
Small room, there is no staff over the day,
Very clean and comfortable. Friendly stuff.
100% service, staff, accommodations. The room completely cleaned.
I don't to breakfast, very small and don't had any options to eat. Wi-Fi isn't working one day after arrived.
Very spacious rooms and very clean. Kind and friendly staff.
Much better than most hotels and BB's in Italy we've previously seen (for instance, much better than the hotel in Venice we've stayed in two years ago). Highly recommendable!
Location Helpful staff You can hear others make love next door.
Charged us 20 euro for late arrival although announced. Poor breakfast.
Convenient location; clean; friendly and polite staff. Fair price for a B & B.
Location is ok.
Staff is not kind. Hard to find the place. I was late. She charged penalty $28.00 in cash euro more. I didn't have breakfast two day. Doesn't give us any break. Just provide cakes for the breakfast. The breakfast start at 9:00 am.it is not proper time for traveller, it is kind of ripe off.
Not in Roma city centre but with good day and night bus just outside the building. Good coffee.
Breakfast is very basic but there is a good small shop/bakery sells good pastries and coffee.
We walked to the down town everyday from the hotel. It's not so close, but not so far also. It's clean also.
The room is really noise and if you want to use bus 46 to reach to hotel from down town you should take the chance 40 minutes waiting time.
- Location is really good. Very close to the 46 bus stop and n5 (night bus). Metro is also in walking distance. - Air conditioning - wifi (fairly slow, but working)
- We had to wait over 40 minutes in the front of the building for the lady who were supposed to check us in (no one was there while we came). - quite noisy surrounding What you see/book is NOT what you get: - room was not the room we've booked (!!!) - smaller, without kettle, balkony was occupied by some unused equipment, beds, boiler etc., so we couldn't use it conveniently. We asked to get another one, after one night we got an option to get another one (but without balcony) - but still not the one you can see on pictures. Equipment: - Don't expect espresso machine in the room like it's presented on the picture, machine is in the common corridor. You cannot make coffee on your own, you can get it only in the morning while you get your Italian breakfast - sweet snack and coffee (taste was good). Later machine is switched off and locked. - There is no cutlery - but once you ask, you'll get plastic one - With the set of keys we got, one was missing which opens external gates - quite challenging to get inside especially on the evening. Over all: Really good location, but price performance - poor.
The place was very clean and close to the Vatican.
The breakfast was not impressive. They can improve on this one.
Friendly staff (despite their limited English). Good breakfast, Wi-Fi and showers!
The location is a fair way from the city, but is close to the metro, which is why I chose this B & B.
Very good place, near Vatican. Room was comfortable and nice. I can recommend this hotel to anyone.
The location, the free parking.
The "plastic" breakfast, the poor noise insulation, the extra charge for our late arrival (due to a delay in the ferry boat to Civittavecchia).
The staff was very friendly and will to be there when needed. The rooms were very clean and cute and had their own bathroom. Were had a great stay!
It got noisy in the early morning, so it is not ideal so people sleeping in past 10.
Nice and clean room!very kind housekeeper!and you can reach the center of Rome by bus 46 from near bus stop very quickly!and the street Aurelia is oldest road in Rome!!!)))
Location is quite good. Tv, large bed and heater with fan.
We were waiting on the garden stairs for 1 hour to get our room key. Landlord was late! Breakfast coffee was not enough. Less than a half of cup! Shower cabin is too tight. Cleaner through out my hairaccessorie...
Staff was nice, although available for a short duration daily. Clean room and a good bed.
Breakfast quasi inexistent: a coffee machine that would not start until 8.30 and a cookie bought in the supermarket.
Everything was great. Comfortable and clean room. Near city center. We enjoyed our stay.
the road is near - noisy mornings.
Nice and affordable place, very clean and comfortable, highly cooperative people, worth staying
The cafe where we got the breakfast was really nice. The place is also conviniently close the Vatican and means of public transport.
The noise coming from the street is really loud and doesn't stop even at night. Also there was some horrible smell coming from outside which made getting fresh air in the room impossible although this is not the place's fault and they did everything to keep the smell out.
Good location, near to Vatican, St. Peter and good connection to city centre,
High traffic, big noise in the night, could not sleep with open window
I liked the fact that it was so close to the town centre
The staff was accommodating to our late arrival and the room was cleaned everyday.
We arrived via Metro and the location was difficult to find. Thank goodness for gps. We were expecting a more traditional B&B. The breakfast was at a nearby restaurant (about 10 minute walk) with a friendly staff. Our keys took a little time to figure out and find the "sweet spot" in the lock to make it work. Our room had a bit of a odor that didn't go away during our stay even though the room was cleaned every day.
