Staff was excellent, room was small but clean.

There was problem with hot water in shower... Sometimes only cold was going.

Dirty walls with footprints, dirty towels with smell of chemicals, clogged sink, decorative TV without remote control

The location of the hotel is great, it's near to subway station. The price was really good.

The hotel is near to noisy street it was hard to fall asleep first night, but you can get used to it.

Roma Room is a nice little hotel that is reasonably priced. One of the best features is its close location to the Policlinico metro station and the center of Rome. A short walk to the station and a 24-hour metro ticket for €6 each and you can go anywhere you want in Rome. Not all of the staff speak English very well if at all, but they are all helpful. Free WiFi is also available but is a little slow.

The rooms at Roma Room have no air conditioning units, so it can get a bit hot. Luckily, the weather was fairly good while we were there, so it wasn't a big deal. We did need to keep the windows open to stay comfortable; this led to another problem with street noise. Roma Room is situated on a rather busy street which makes your room very noisy if it faces the street. Try to get a room which faces the inner courtyard if you can.

It was close to the metro (2 stops from the Termini station in the centre of Rome). Being away from the centre of Rome it was relatively quiet.

Despite having the map to the hotel it was slightly hard to laocate as there was no roadside signage indicating the hotel. It was easier to use the building number rather than the name.

Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel exterior. Great value for money. Better breakfast than any other hotel/hostel we stayed in for this price. Close to metro stop and supermarket. Clean comfortable room.

Location, wi-fi

Poor breakfast (every day the same), lack of air conditioning in the room. If you get room with windows froms the garden side, you have to listen to the noisy conversations of people sitting on the terrace. Young Italians are the worst because they speak very loudly. Because of no air conditioning in the room, your windows have to be open, and sleeping in noise is difficult. A/c will be solve this problem

What I like was the location of the hotel, it is close to the policlinico metro station

I stayed at Roma Room for 4 nights the first night they give me a room in the corner of a street it was too much noise at night, I asked the front desk to give me another room with garden window, also the the breakfast is not that great they offer only bread, cereal, juice and coffee. The rooms have not a/c or fan, but for the price it is good.

Really nice hotel. Very friendly staff, good location, close to metro station, two stops away from main train station Termini. Spacious and clean (only the floor was always dusty). Breakfast was nice.

The staff was very helpful. I had some problems connecting with my family in Rome. They needed a place to stay and the Roma Room was full. The staff helped them find a room in a different Hotel near by. Great people

Nice location, near subway station Policlinico and bus 61 station (going to Barberini). The hotel staff is very helpfull and friendly (yes, a lot of them from Romania). Free Wi-fi in the lobby and restaurant.

Breakfast is only with croissant and cofee, milk and cereals. No air conditioning in the hotel - big minus, we are in the 3rd millenium, it is not possible to run a hotel in a european capital city without air conditioning. I would not recommend this hotel for hot summer time due to lack of air conditioning.

Hotel is situated in the great location to the metro close to all tourist attraction. Very big problem is that hotel has not got air- conditioner , difficult to sleep at night . Another big problem is that not all stuff speaking english very poor communication level and very poor breakfast.

Easy to get from the airport with train and tram, easy to go to the city with bus or tram. Beautiful and a small hotel in a quiet suburb of Rome! Fresh and delicious croissants for breakfast with coffee.

Hotel was hard to find, because the street there was no label to indicate that there is a hotel, only "rooms"!

The nicest thing of the hotel is the small terrace where you can have breakfast. It does not outstand for any other special thing, but it is clean, bedrooms are not small, breakbast is ok, and the personal is helpful. With respect to the location, it was ok for me because i went to a nearby conference, but for tourism i would choose somewhere closer to termini or fontana di trevi.

The breakfast item is poor the staff is rude

The hotel staff was VERY friendly. The hotel was a great location, very close to the Metro station. The hotel was clean and nice and perfect for the price! Our room accommodated our family of four, giving our children both twin beds in the room. I would certainly stay here again.
