staff and cleaning
breakfast was awfull, only bread butter and jam was edible, crossants, musli was old dated. However my room wasnt looking at the main road, the noise was disturbing untill midnight.
Very helpful staff Good price Nice building with beautiful garden Good location
lacks air condition and the room facilities are a little older
The staff is nice and very honest, guild us to the room. The location is acceptable which need short walk. The room is clean.
- The hotel is close to the metro - The breakfast was delicious - The recepcionist is friendly and kind
- At night the room was noisy a little - The wifi didn't work always
Very close to metro station, clean room, comfortable, good breakfast, very good value for money.
Staff was gentle and prompt to give advices about Rome
The bed for a double room was only 1and1/2 Place, too small. The window was broken and was not possible to open or close it. The Window was loose... The reception was located in other different hotel about100meter.
Location was close to metro, nice safe area. Room was quite large
You have to check in at a different hotel which is really annoying. So no receptionist at all and the reception at other hotel don't speak any English and spend their whole day smoking outside. We had to wait for one to have a smoke before he would help us. Double bed was two singles put together. Toilet seat was broken and only one side of the shower had a curtain. Sink hole was literally a huge hole, which I had to cover so I didn't lose things forever down it. The cleaner moved all our things everyday, which I really don't like as we have had things stolen before. There were a large group of people staying at the same time as us, not sure if they were from a camp or something. But clapped and cheered and sang songs until about 12am everyday and all through the afternoon. But because there was no one there, no reception nothing, there was no one to tell them to respect other guests - they did not speak any English. I picked Roma Room because it was a little cheaper, but now wished I paid a bit extra for a better hotel.
-location is in a safe neighborhood and close to the Policlinico Metro Station. -Breakfast of pastry, coffee and such is included
-you need to checkin at the hotel next door if you come late (after 8pm or so). The note that tells you this on the gate is not easy to decipher. -Better have a google map the 1st time you get there since there maybe no-one to show you where the hotel is. Apparently, there are no neon or large signs in this neighborhood so its not easy to locate the 1st time at night -the toilet had running water all night so if such sounds bother you, it will not be easy to sleep -there is no phone in the room or no 24x7 staff, but you may not need them either. You may have to go to the hotel next door for service.
Fairly nice staff
The showe did not have curtain so every time there was mess.
Location, price; the hotel was in a quite and beautiful quater, near the metro stop and close to nice and cheap resturants
The bathroom was clean but quite old. The TV did not worked properly.
Good location not far from city center. Friendly staff makes your staying quite comfortable.
Comfortable bed, huge room; nice area of the city a bi outside the center
not very clean and very old structure; looks more like a hostel for youth than a hotel. Breakfast was not good
