The room is really big and the staff is available 24 hours and quite friendly.
It was clean and pleasant. I took a dorm but was the only person booked into it that night.
A bit noisy; I could here a bunch of people running around the corridor outside.
Spacious, clean facilities with very friendly staff that were able to help me (in English!!) highly recommended, great value.
helpfulness of staff, cleanliness and spaciousness of dorm, big personal locker, good breakfast
no doors for shower cubicles, lack of hooks in the shower/toilet cubicles for hanging your personal belonging
breakfast ， staff is good near to subway station
- I like the coffee provided in the breakfast. - Staffs are generally good in service
- wifi coverage could be improved. - should provide free water dispenser - 3 pins plug (special in italy) in room need to be used for electrical charger. kinda inconvenient. - Each bed should be provided with electrical power plug.
I really loved the spacious room, even my single room is soooo big! I spent 2 nights there and slept very well. Despite the things I didn't like, I still give 4 stars to the overall experience!
Breakfast is OK. Would be better if there are some hot food like sausages, beacon, or at least some ham. WiFi on the last day was down for the entire day. We were hoping to check on Google the life route to Ciampino, but could not do that. We used the route we found the day before but unfortunately missed the last bus to the airport, costing us 30 euro on taxi instead:( One last thing is the room for left luggage. It feels a bit insecure to me, as anyone could get the key from the reception and take away other people's stuff. Would be good to label the luggage items, maybe. Still, I love this place, so 4 stars!
Cleanliness and neatness. Spacious dorm room with lockers. Include breakfast. Not too far from Roma Tiburtina.
No hangers in shower cubicle. No indication on breakfast portion size in cafeteria - one croissant per guest - would be nice if guesthouse can put a sign to avoid unnecessary embarrassment.
the locker didn't work
Excellent customer service, nice spacious clean rooms. A little out of the tourist hive of Rome which is nice and only a short Metro trip anywhere around Rome!!
Convenient location (5 mins to main bus station and train station) Excellent hot water supply Spacious room with 4 beds, good enough privacy for a youth hostal Good English speaking staff Value for money option if aim for a short stay for transition
Limited sound proofing, lots of noises at night but the staff didn't stop people screaming at mid night Very limited common area and it's NOT very clean.
very very helpful staff and location is very easy to find, close to metro station~
there was a blood mark on the floor during my 2-days stay. I was wondering why no one clean it.
That hostel is realy cool! Reception girls are very nice. All rooms are save and have locks. All bathrooms were clean. I advice it to my friends.
Close to Tiburtina train station. A few blocks away from Bolonga metro. Nice room, clean.
But every morning they clean the toilet and room with some detergent , and that strong smell make me feel sick. It is so strong that make it even impossible to use the toilet after cleaning. Hope this could be changed.
Very good value for money. The room was furnished very simply but it was pleasant. The bathroom was very well fitted out and clean and everything worked very well. The check in process was efficient and the staff were helpful. The area of Rome was very nice too - a couple of Metro stops from the centre of the city.
The floor of my room was a little bit sticky. I didn't like that so much.
Stuff needs training!!!!!!! Stuff are untreat you that I was so surprised and sad. One guy who name Mar????
Rooms Clean and modern. Staff friendly and helpful
Breakfast is minimal
Breakfast below average. 25 years of travelling, over 100 hostels, b&b's, hotels, this is the first place that refused to store luggage. Unacceptable in my books. Recommended anyway since reasonably priced for Rome.
The price! And good location.
Beds hard, pillows lumpy, bathroom has dirty floors, no wall sockets for upper bunks, breakfast could do with more choice. Nevertheless the price makes it worth it in such a lovely city.
Good price, nice touch to include my breakfast even though I was leaving before they started the service, good location wrt the tiburtina station
No control over bed assignment, unruly roommates (although that was not so much the hostel's fault), weak a/c for the room - with this combination I managed to sleep maybe 3h. Bathrooms could be better kept up
There was very clean and quite. Also i could use my own cabinet with a lock. Breakfast was also good and staff spoke English and were kind.
pretty clean facility overall, kind staffs and good wifi. Most of all, affordable price!
10 min walk from metro (Bologna), so you gotta be careful when it gets dark if you are alone.
Lovely staff, good breakfast, good WiFi
Localization is horrible, very far away, but with metro problem doesn't exist
