We were greeted by a very unhelpful, unfriendly and quite rude member of staff who did not make us feel welcome at all. He was very reluctant to give any help. The breakfast was very limited. |

The staff were very helpful, and very kind to our small children, aged 1 and 2. The breakfast was very good. The hotel was located just next to the tower, and was easily accessible frm the airport (the LAM red bus from the airport stops just outside the hotel - the bus also stops at the station en route). Our 3 wheeler buggy did not fit in the lift (even folded up!), so we had to carry it up 3 flights of stairs..excellent fitness training!! |

You could not ask for a better location in Pisa, if the purpose of your visit is to see the historic sites. The hotel was quite cheap and was very comfortable. This hotel was literally located within 200 meters of the entrance to the Piazza dei Miracoli. Based on price and location in Pisa, it was a great value. Parking is very limited at the hotel. There is actually a parking lot right behind the hotel, but it is not controlled by the hotel nor is there any agreements between the hotel and the parking lot. |

easy to reach, even from the airport. very close to the tower. staff very friendly. rooms old, but comfortable and clean. especially adviced to medical people coming to pisa university hospital (hotel situated in front of the hospital). breakfast might be better. |

I stayed in a single room. It was minimalistic, but clean and had everything necessary. It is ideal for a short stay if you spend most of the time sightseeing. The location is brilliant.Close to airport, railway station ( bus right outside of the hotel) and the infinite beauty of the Dome and Leaning Tower just 100 m away from you.The staff members are very helpful and the breakfast was simple and nice. |

The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. Ideally situated for visiting the Tower, close to access to transport to Railway and airport. The room was clean (single) but the bed was a bit too hard for me, although some people would prefer that. Nothing, as it suited my personal requirements, not luxury but clean with helpful staff. |

The location of the hotel was very good, it was close to the leaning tower. Television in the room only had Italian channels. Airconditioning wasn't working. Very small room. |

Proximity to the sights and cleanliness of the room. The bed was large and confortable. No view of the leaning tower from our room and quite noisy being on a main road. Little choice at breakfasts |

The enormous and kind help of the reception staff all through my stay as I was unfortunate to have been pick-pocketed between airport and hotel. Access to main pisa sites and bus stops was excellent. Room was modest in size as a single, but very well thoughout with a great shower-room/toilet. |

great , friendly service and located so near to the pisa attractions. ideal for sight seeing and an hour by train to florence.Hotel catered for everything..very clean and modern with air con in rooms. hard bed and only one pillow.TV had no english channels. |
