Room was a but small but perfectly fine for one night.

The hotel is right at the gate to the leaning tower and the Cathedral place. The price seems fair and the staff was very helpful.

I was in room 37, one of the few singles in the hotel. The street noise was loud and iritating so keeping the windows open was not a good idea. As a result the room was warm as this was to "early" for the A/C to be turned on

Very friendly staff and also cheap compared to other hotels around. Good breakfast especially coffees.

PAM supermarket nearby 5. Pisa S. Rossore train station just 5min walk from hotel. 6. Breakfast coffee (pretty good choices) made by a barista, not a machine!

1. WiFi is based on scratch cards - you can get these for free at the reception but it is inconvenient to use it as it often disconnected and you can't have two devices online at the same time. 2. Breakfast was a simple crossaint, some jams, nutella, cereal, juice and coffee - could be a little more, but on the other hand this is typical to Italian hotels, isn't it?

The situation.

Good location, just 2 minutes from the tower. The bus (Lam rosa) from airport stops next to the Hotel.

Wonderful stay. Room overlooking miracle square. friendly, informative staff.

The location of this hotel for the Leaning Tower is superb - could see it from my balcony. Great value for money.

Could do with a little updating and modernising but then it would probably be more expensive.

Noise from the main road outside the hotel

The hotel was very near to the tower. We were fortunate to stay in the room 44 which had direct view to the Campo Santo (The Tower). Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly.

noise,elevator noise is heard in rooms,using vacuum chamber maids at the door at 7 am,breakfeast very poor,just coffee and butter with jam.

Breakfast was simple and pleasant, like wise the staff were helpull. The location was great.

We had wifi included in our package, however you had to keep asking for 1 / 2 hr access cards which ran out quickly. But the internet was fast and reliable otherwise.

Location was very good on main street.

Room was spacious and did leave a good first impression but then we realized that heating cannot be regulated and it became very warm during the night. Towels were smelling bad and could not use them.

This hotel is very great, I like it! The location is perfect and the rooms are big and clean. From the window of one of our rooms, we can see the leaning tower. Everything is great!

The location - very close to the sqaure of wonders. Also there was a bus stop in front of the hotel, so it was easy to reach the railway station and the aiport of Pisa.

The breakfast was basic. I expected more variety and quality.

The staff were both helpful and courteous. The location is excellent.

It was noisy. Not street noise but noise from within the hotel. The noise from the lobby travelled throughout the hotel and the walls seemed to be paper thin. There was an air conditioning unit in the room but it didn't work. The heating in the room was on a timer controlled centrally so it wasn't possible to cool down the room even with the window open. It was uncomfortable until the heat went off.
