The location just across the road from the Duomo and Tower was great.

The staff were rude and the service all round poor. They had messed up the booking and for some reason they were extremely rude about it and it became our fault. My daughter was asked at breakfast what time she was leaving her room on our departure day at breakfast and when she was leaving 15 minutes before check out time the receptionist was standing outside of her room with his hand out for the key! They did not speak one civil word to us in the time we were there with the exception of the lady who served coffee at breakfast. The breakfast itself was not good, it lacked any variety. It was bad enough for those travelling with me but for a coeliac it was impossible there was yoghurt or yoghurt. The decor is outdated and the bedrooms all needed redecorating at the very least but a major overhaul woukd be better. I expected basic but clean I did not expect the reception staff to be quite so rude. We will not be returning.

This hotel is extremely convenient for Pisa, especially the Piazza dei Miracoli. Despite being on a main road the noise is kept to a minimum. Breakfasts were simple but excellent quality. The whole place was beautifully clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful and we would certainly use it again when visiting Pisa.

Most of the staff were very pleasant & helpful.....some not so! Breakfast was really good & the location of the hotel is wonderful. The rooms are basic but clean, the bathrooms need updating & in particular the showers are small & in need of modernisation.

Not much to say here, our room was located on the main street, so if one is a light sleeper, cars driving by might be a nusience.

Ideal location for the Tower and other sites. We caught the city bus from the airport and it was a very easy journey to the hotel and it didn't take long.

We got a card with password to the internet, but you can use it with this just 20 minutes long so it is really limited.

A basic, but pleasant hotel. Breakfast was nice, and whether going down early or late I didn't have trouble getting something to eat/drink & a seat. To access the wifi you have to get a voucher from reception, but it's free.

Walls / ceiling quite thin, so advise to take some ear plugs with you if you're a light sleeper! Also, they tried to overcharge me by £20 until I made them get out the booking.com reservation, so make sure you bring yours!

The hotel doesn't shine for anything in particular, but you just have to cross the road to see Piazza dei Miracoli and the Booking.com price is cheap. Nice continental breakfast.

The owner and staff seemed to know exactly what they do. From what I've seen in this hotel, the owner tries to take care of as many things as possible. Perfect location, clean room, reasonable price and plus, the staff(probably the one during the evening shift) was very kind and seemed to have pride in this city and hotel. Although it wasn't a big hotel, they know how to manage it decently. However, the breakfast was actually below my expectation but this seems to be natural considering the price! -Worth staying, overall.

The hotel is just across the Piazza dei Miracoli. Right outside the hotel there is a bus station from which you may get to any point of the city including a direct line (Red LAM - LAM Rosso) to the airport with a station at the Pisa Centrale (railway station). The best thing is that you are very, very near the train station Pisa S. Rossore from where you could take a train to sea side resort of Viareggio. And yes, even in winter time you may enjoy surfers doing their thing...

The hotel is very clean! The personnel is friendly giving the best advices on the city points of interest or the places where you should not be after dark... yes there are some.
