Hotel Felice is a short walk and an even shorter bus ride from Termini Station in the trendy San Lorenzo neighborhood; popular with locals for its restaurants and vibrant nightlife.

Apartament in good price. Very good localization:-)
David is accommodating and will show you places to go. If you are not too choosey, this is good for you. Place is safe and very near the Rome train terminal.
The wifi is too slow and on and off. Difficult to find staff when you need one. In general, i would give it a 7/10
It was very affordable considering we stayed there for two nights.
It was really hard to find. They did not have a sign or anything. We were only able to find it because we checked the doorbell names individually for that whole street.
Except the guy at reception nothing was good.
Except the guy at reception nothing was good. This was the worst hotel during my Europe trip.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent and outstanding location in terms of Rome sightseeing locations. Small, but clean pretty room.
Very noisy air condition system. However, when you turn it down, then the room is getting hot and stuffy very soon. To open the window is not the solution, indeed, due busy and noisy traffic outside. The breakfast is very poor, just one croissant, small juice pack and that`s it.
I did like just location :)
I didn't like the lies . First of all, on a site says "breakfast included", but we got just welcoming pack (mini croissant and mini pack of juice) Also, our towels were not changed for a three days.We used same towel 3 days which is not very hygienically.
The room was much nicer than I'd expected, better than many mid-range hotels in the States. The room was immaculate, as was the bathroom, which had modern fixtures and cabinets. Being so inexpensive I didn't expect much in the way of amenities, but was pleased to find a mini fridge, safe, clothesline and large bottles of shampoo and body wash in the shower. Pierre was attentive to every question I had and pleasant to boot!
The neighborhood has many hostels and typical - for Rome- one floor hotels. Dumpsters In the street and graffiti definitely don't make the neighborhood look like American suburbs, but more like big U.S. cities. I've never had problems In areas like these--just walk determinedly and hold your keys firmly in your dominant hand.
Close to train station.
room was way too small, not very clean. The breakfast was really poor, prepackaged croissants and 1 small fruit juice. The door locks and keys were awful.
nice roooms . clean
Extremely noisy and strange staff
Walking distance to Roma Termini station and Colloseum
The room is very basic, not to our expectation. Basic amenities like bath towel not available. There was actually no breakfast though it claimed the room came with breakfast.
- One bed was very bad - The room was too loud and hot (chambermaid switched off the air con) - Bath is very small - Breakfast was n
Flippo is such a nice person.
Although it was quiet during our stay. I still dont feel secure. I did not sleep well maybe because it was just a budgeted hotel. Wifi very slow.
The hotel was much better than we have expected. The location is really close to the Roma termini station and subway. You can reach the historical center in 15 minutes by walking. The staff helped us with everything we needed. And we had free coffee and tea anytime we wanted.
location was near to the station and main bus stops and also you have air conditioner
they give you 'breakfast' : just a packet of croissant and fruit juice but you can make yourself a coffee or tea.. and if you open the window before you go to sleep, its hard to do that because of the noise..
- friendly staff - clean - good location
access to wifi
Perfect location, large room, nice staff, nice bathroom
when we arrived we had help with our bags. It was a quick check in, the room was clean and tidy.
There was some noise coming from the other room. The a.c was loud and too close to the bed.
It was cheap and clean. The crew who welcome us was helpful.
5 person room was too small. The price was including breakfast and we went there by imagining not an open buffet but at least tomato, a piece of cheese and bread as an average Turkish group. However, all we found was a small box of apple juice and a packet of croissant which you buy 30-40 cents from a supermarket. 5 croissant for 5 people, not more :)
Close to termini (main station) easy access to metro.
Was not a nice location, not many facilities, very noisy. Staff we not really around at all after check in. Luckily was only for one last night before travelling home.
This is a low cost accomodation, but very good in this category. Very clean, great staff. Near to the Roma Termini and metro station.
Noisy street during the night (traffic), but it is not their fault.
The staff is very good. Filippo is always attentive, very relaxed and friendly. The room is not bad and the beds are comfortable. wifi and tv with good signal.
Close to termini train station
It is not a hotel as stated on website. It is a very poor b&b. Pictures are deceiving. Toilet was actually IN the shower. Very hard to find on street. Left first thing in the morning.
The location was very good -- close to the main station and walking distance from attractions such as Collesium. The person looking after the place (Fillippo) was very helpful.
Clean, and 5 star location.
It is very minimal: staff with bad English (though probably nice, I just couldn't understand him), tiny room and a totally unprofessional atmosphere. Nevertheless, it was truly very clean and from that point I'm satisfied, I got what I payed for.
The place is real, close to Termini station.
No towels in room, uncomfortable beds. Questionable hygiene of rooms. Shady looking location.
