Score from 101 reviews Very good
Good spot in city center (really close to main rail station). Restaurants and convince store nearby. Great support and hospitality from the owners. Thanks for everything.
Was nice to stay in an apartment block - made a change to a hotel.
Was difficult to find as there was very little obvious signage outside the building.
- Hotel is at a great location. - Room is nicely decorated and has a cozy feel to it. - Bathroom facilities are very clean. - Owner is very nice. - Breakfast is delivered to our room every morning at our preferred time.
- The internet was not free. We had to pay 5 EUR for using the Wi-Fi for the whole stay. - Even though we could lock the door, it could not be closed fully so whenever there was draft, they would make noise. We could also hear other guests in their rooms and, I assume, likewise. - One day, we found the doors of our room completely opened even though we previously locked them. Luckily, nothing was stolen. I assume this happened due to the above-mentioned door issue so maybe the cleaning-lady forgot to check if she actually locked the door after cleaning the room.
the b&b is at a great location, very close to metro station and attractions. just around 10-minute walk to trevi fountain, spanish steps, etc. the staff is very friendly and kind.
this is actually a b&b, not a hotel. so i think it's a bit quite pricey. it is also quite complicated to get there. the b&b is on the top floor in which the lift didn't reach, so it's quite difficult for those who have heavy luggage. i kinda have problems with breakfast. i stayed there for 3 nights. on the first day, the breakfast was perfect. but then on the second day, the bread was not well-toasted and they forgot to give me a fork, only gave the knife, so i had to share with my friend. and on the last day, they only gave a fork, no other utensils. the room is air-conditioned but the blanket is very thin. so it's quite cold at night.
Location -easy to moving about, walking distance to many attractions. Many eateries near the apartment and have 2 supermarkets and a mini market nearby. Rowena, assistant to Lydia (apartment owner) is helpful and informative, she speaks english well.
Kitchen is not full equiped. We had bad experience to communicate with other staffs beside Rowena, non english speaking.
Great location, clean and comfortable, and we had the possibility to leave our luggage there on the last day.
- The driver who was supposed to pick us up at the airport (more expensive than a taxi) was late and we had to wait 20 min - The room had airconditioning but it wasn't working properly - There is no reception and we were never told where the staff or owners were to find, so we had no possibility to contact them in case of questions - The breakfast was served in the room but the room was not really equipped for it. It was not enough in quantity. The lady who brought it didn't always respect the time agreed beforehand.
location just above Via Venetto nice facilities with new furniture balcony friendly staff price
not clean enough stains on the blankets funny smells from the bathroom dust under the beds and around other furnitures
The location was excellent however it was not the address which appear in booking, but it was very close. The cleaniless and the staff was perfect.
I did not know the payment was necessary in cash, I think that it is not published in the website. For only one night it was not a problem but for a long period could be a drawback.
Apartment was big and comfortable. Close to Termini and relatively close to sites. Air conditioning worked well once we figured out how to work it.
We took the airport pick-up option, which was great, otherwise I doubt we would have found it. No breakfast or wifi. Elevator (made by Ferrari!) didn't always work- long walk up to the 5th floor.
very friendly staff
location not easy to find even if central
The location was not as stated. The apartment was on the fifth floor and the lift was in an awful condition，we had to climb the stairs for most of the time. The room was totally different from the pictures showed. It was labelled as “hotel”，but the owner said it was B&B，and the breakfast provided were packed food from the supermarket. The stay was very unpleasant and very troublesome.
Very nice apartment at excellent location. Staff is very friendly and helpful, responded very quickly to requests.
There was a lot of problems with the pickup service - not recommend. Internet is extremely slow.
clean, near the center or Rome, near Via Nazionale.
very small rooms, bad communication because the cleaning girl does not speak good english, quite expensive for its space, very poor breakfast.
- quiet lane
a considerable stink in the bathroom
Quiet. Good communication after booking beforevarrival. Easy walk to Termini. Adequately equipped kitchen.
Elevator. Getting ahold of someone in the office after arrival, other than checkin time, was a bit of a problem.
perfect location, view from apartment
no wi-fi, noise during the night from Via Nazionale
Perfect location - just 10 minutes to the ancient center of Rome! There were shops, restaurants, bus stops and subway in the neighbourhood. I recommend this spacious apartment for groups of people, who want to feel the real atmosphere of Rome. Apartment was full of light, clean, fully equipped and furnitured with a good taste. Our host was helpful and organised a transfer to the airport for us. We hope to come back soon :) Best regards to Romacentrarte. Kasia.
No chairs and table at the balcony.
The location is prefect in walking distance from everything
Breakfeast was poor , the women in charge was not very helpful when we asked her questions about how to get to the Spanish steps she told us to go to an information centre, the room was very very basic and I would not consider this a hotel it would be more of a b&b , it was very hard to find there is no signage outside the building to state it's name
Close to the Termini station
Bad sound proofing: walls and doors as if were made from a carton, every little noise in the neighboring room or from a water supply is heard. Impossible to sleep at night.
It is just 10 mins walk to Republica station and is surrounded by many shops despite its location being on the quiet street. The staffs were really nice, friendly and adhere to all our enquiries and request!
The sign for the hotel is very puny and can only found found on the door bell, listing among the other flats. It took us a while to locate the actual place due to lack of clear direction. Also, i wish that there would be more variety of food for breakfast. Bread jams butter and eggs can be pretty mundane after a few days
Location was great.
City tax is not included to the price. Wifi is not free. Bath towels were old and they don't change daily.
location, close to police station, elevator , lcd tv ,hot water every time
cleanliness( change towels every 4 days??),poor breakfast, tried to bypass receipt, not free wifi ,very old and not clean building, not good bathroom ventilation
Amazing staff!!!! Beautiful hotel!! great wifi!! favourite place we went to!!
Lovely loft apartment with kitchenette. Clean, modern bathroom and nice decor. Great location in between Repubblica and the Ancient Forum. The owner was lovely.
There was no wifi and one day our room wasn't cleaned. Still a lovely place to stay
