All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 3.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Staff friendly and helpfull. Good location, but not 'steps' from the beach,unless 500 steps is what is meant in hotels own description. Nicely placed in the heart of traffic free zone but look out for killer bikes and motor skooters! Breakfast could be quite chaotic. Even after the innitial learning curve to be overcome at any buffet breakfast,there was a frustrating lack of organisation culminating in no dishes, no milk, no spoons and a lunatic boiled egg machine which boiled your egg by the time you'd ate your breakfast. We ate on a full board bases for the last 5 days, and found the 'pasta' based dishes spectacular, but anyhing of an international nature was cluelessly put together accompanied by no vegetables or purposely served stone cold vegetables, but in Italy vegetables at mealtimes are at a premium wherever you eat. |

We visited the British War Grave at Gredara. An uncle is buried their. We studied the history of the Gothic Line with visits to museums and fortresses. Very picturesque area as well as a good family seaside resort. |

La disponibilità e la cortesia dei proprietari..... La prima camera prenotata...al costo di soli 40 € faceva un po schifo (arredo vecchio, ambiente da ristrutturare)...ma di questo - per la verità - v'era piena evidenza nel sito...per cui con soli 10 € in più ho cambiato stanza... La nuova era perfetta. Piccola ma perfetta. Bagno e arredi nuovi. |

la gentilezza del signore della receptions. Gli aspetti che non abbiamo gradito sono: Il fatto di aver prenotato una stanza su internet che non era quella del soggiorno, (parlo di foto), una camera da praticamente da usl, inabitabile per pulizia e comfort calcolando quello che abbiamo pagato e che ci hanno fatto vedere. Di fatti siamo andati via un giorno prima. |

staff molto disponibile e cortese. prezzo concorrenziale . comodo il garage gratis difronte all albergo. e un albergo con un target familiare, quindi alle 8 e 30 circa le famiglie (e i bambini ! ) scendono per colazione disturbando, e svegliando chi ha il sonno leggero !!!colazione effettivamente scarna... |

la disponibilità della direzione non era chiaro che l'offerta sul sito si riferiva a camere diverse da quelle indicate nelle foto, tale "camera conchiglia" era di livello molto inferiore alle altre, tanto che ho cambiato camera pagando la differenza!. La dicitura "camera più antica delle altre" non dice che la camera non è quella nelle foto e non è stata ristrutturata con ad esempio bagno in pessimo stato senza box doccia |

Cordialità di chi ci ha accolte, camera semplice ma ben strutturata Forse l'ala in cui eravamo (Conchiglia) non ha camere ben insonorizzate, si sente molto tutto ciò che avviene nel corridoio e nelle camere attigue, ma ciò è dovuto anche alla poca educazione degli altri clienti. |

l'accoglienza ,la centralità dell'albergo ,la cortesia del personale. Purtoppo la camera "conchiglia" è dotata di un bagno con doccia praticamente inesistente ,senza piatto, senza cabina,situata fra il water e il bidè, scomodissima e poi i sanitari vetusti con rubinetti vecchi e poco funzionali. Il materasso non molto comodo. |
