I really enjoyed this hotel! The location was perfect, staff was great, rooms are very comfortable. I really recommend this hotel!!!

Great location in termini, close to the metro, Bus station and train station. Very clean, the room is very big compared to other hotels in the area. Amazing Value for money, I will always stay in it whenever I visit rome.

No ac but advertised on website as ac so seemed overpriced. Door key gave trouble constantly. Knocking on the walls/ceiling everyday from 7.30 am which was very disturbing and nothing was done despite us complaining.

This is an excellent hotel. It is in a good location, clean, comfortable, excellent breakfast service, friendly bellhop and what was especially nice, wonderful desk staff, so helpful no matter what time of the day or night. I would highly recommend the hotel.

Did not provide tea pot, so you cannot have hot water in the room.

Nothing! Hotel is Excellent & I recommend it!!

Upon our arrival the staff were very friendly & helpful. They gave us a map of Rome indicating all the major tourist sites etc. The rooms were very comfortable & the furnishings were very charming. The breakfast buffet is varied & I had one of the best cappuccinos I've had in Italy! (made by a staff member upon request). The hotel is surrounded by Trattorias & Pizzerias, some of which had fantastic reasonably priced traditional Italian cuisine. The hotel is also a short distance to the railway station, or for travellers like us who opted for the limousine ride to Rome Airport (upon checkout), the hotel will organise that for you. After realising my daughter had left her iphone in the limousine that took us to the airport, I rang the hotel to ask if they were able to contact the driver. In a matter of minutes, they had tracked down the driver, who then backtracked to the airport to return the item. Now that's service!! We would definitely stay there again.

location is near republica and termini stations, nice reception stuff,easy to go to various places, free wifi, good breakfast.

The hotel was so close to the train station which made commuting so easy. The staff where extremely helpful with directions & advice. It's always nice to wake up knowing there's a big breakfast waiting for you .

Don't have anything to fault I really enjoyed my stay there.

The staff were freindly and helpful. The room was comfortable and reasonably quiet considering the location in a busy city.

The coffee at breakfast was delivered from a machine and drinkable but not particularly enjoyable. Some fresh fruit salad would have improved the breakfast.

a proper continental breakfast was excellent! comfortable and warm room; excellent location: walking distance from termini and a wide range of restaurants; friendly and helpful english-speaking staff; this hotel is a great choice and I would stay there whenever I'm in Rome.
