The hotel has an exceptionally good location - right next to Roma Termini railway station and close to the Opera. Rooms have been recently refurbished so they are clean and very quiet. The standard is decent and they look nice. Bathroom is clean and functional. The reception staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast at the hotel was truly awful. Not only the quality of ingredients was appalling, the presentation poor but also all the dishes were worn-out. Other staff at the hotel did not speak any English or Italian. The hotel felt like a poor Travel Lodge in London (except for the decent quality rooms). |

The hotel was a two minute walk from the Termini and on one of the quiter streets, so the location was spot on to get around the city. Our room was spotlessly clean and the reception staff were helpful with directions. Breakfast was as you'd expect in a continental hotel and was more than adequate for us; although not many veggie options but again we did not expect this and it was not a problem. If I had to find one thing it would be that the room was a little on the small side and we could hear the TV's from the rooms either side of us, but this was not an issue. |

Location is fantasic, comfortable bed, hot and powerfull shower, quiet room. If you get a discounted rate it is worth the money but at full price there are better 4 * hotels within 2 minutes walk. Rooms are small, breakfast is big but not great quality and there was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. |

the location was very good as it was beside the main station and the metro so you could get around Rome easily. It also had a lot of restaurants near by. The staff were very helpful in recommending good restarants in the locality and other areas of Rome. I did not like the canned fruit and the poor cheeeses on offer for breakfast. |

Good location from Telmini,so easy to access. Amenity (shampoo, dryer) was enough. I stayed 4 days, but at least I realised bath tub had not been washed for 3 days. Coffee at breakfast was so low quality. |

Clean rooms, a good location - in the center of the town, the hotel staff is friendly. The breakfast was poor, however this was not a big issue for us. |
