I liked the location and having a free safety deposit box. We did not like the breakfast. The service was poor. |

Nice stay for Rome. Clean bathroom and bed. Expensive but worth the comfort after a long day. The simple breakfast was not bad compared to other italy hotels. Was located near teminai station so good access to airport shuttle bus and to get around rome was easy. Some of the furniture hadnt been dusted for ages and the timber flooring hadnt been mopped. Wear slippers. |

Good location even if it was not easy to find the hotel, room comfortable Clean bathroom, but with shower and no bath, toilet in a corner with difficult access. Small TV and few channels. Breakfast could have been more tasty. |

Very convenient to train station / metro. Within walking distance of most of the main attractions. Room was recently refurbished, nice bathroom, clean and modern. Staff were quite helpful. |

Location was excellent near Termini-station. The street was quiet and rooms nice and comfortable. Breakfast didn't have any fresh vegetables or fruit and it was the same every morning. |

The hotel is very well placed near Termini train/bus/underground station. It was modernised, so the rooms are new, small but comfortable. The price seems a little high, but probably this is Rome. |

Spacious rooms (at least the one we occupied) and very clean. While the location is not the best in Rome it is very convenient. Exorbitant prices for internet connections. When will hotels understand that internet is something they should offer for free (like electricity). They continue assimilating to telephone and they apply their old telephone practices |

Good location for visiting the city. Staff : look bored when you ask for information. Poor breakfast (big and noisy room, not fresh food). |

Never again. Worst hotel in Rome. Another's hair in towel, breakfast correspond to 1-star hotel, worstest receptionists - they give me wrong address of famous shop, they didn't woke up me at the morning, and they forgot to give me my passport and because of this I was late to my flight and spent money to shange my ticket. Finally, manager say that it is only my problem. |

Booking.com recommended double room in this hotel for 2 adults and 1 child but hotel rejected us to check in for double room. We are forced to check in triple room for extra money. It was very embarrasing and I felt that it was ripped off. This hotel is ridiculous. |

The central location, minutes to the train terminal and metro. The spacious bedroom (we had a triple room) and non-smoking floor. The buffett was ordinary. Would be nice to include cappacuino, hot chocolate and fresh whole fruits. |

Only 3 minute walk from the station, but most of the major sites of Rome within a comfortable walking distance. Room okay size given location and breakfast was functional. Staff friendly and helpful. |

I checked in late and requested an early wake-up call for the following morning. The call was not sent, possibly due to phone in the room not being in working order. This almost caused me to miss my flight out of Fumincino. It is important to the traveler to have reliable service and unfortunately this was lacking. In the rush, The staff were very helpful to aarnge for a taxi to the airport and a coffee. |
