The location (close to Termini station). WI-FI not free and not possible to buy a WI-FI card on the arrival in the evening! |

The staff were very helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable, fab bed, my husband didn't snore once ! The hotel is extreamly well positioned. one block away from all transport, trains, tour buses, metro and the terravision coach from the airport.(two blocks) No problem with noise in the hotel. Plenty of places to eat. varied and reasonbly priced in the vicinity. |

Walking distance to Termini Station. The rooms were well decorated, very clean and I found mine to be quite comfortable and quiet. I did stay on the back side so I am not sure how quiet it would be if you were on the main street. The staff was very helpful and friendly! I only stayed for one night but the location seemed like it would be great for anyone wanting to explore all of Rome. The space-planning of the bathroom. I would not recommend room 412 to anyone who is over-weight or pregnant. I had a terrible time getting into the shower as the bathroom counter blocked the entrance into the shower. I literally had to squeeze in and I'm average size! I think it simply could be fixed by adjusting the doors to slide from left to right so the opening is closest to the wall not the sink. The toilet and the bidet need to be reversed as I would suspect people use the bidet less. When you use the toilet enjoy the fact that the counter top is right over your lap! Really bad planning from the designer considering that everything else was stunning! The decor was wonderful! |

Proximity to city center and main train station and underground, good breakfast. Shower cabin badly sealed so the floor got flooded after each shower. |

Good Breakfast included. Convenient location to Central train staion and subway, walking distance to some sites and shopping, close to Opera Theatre. Only minor inconveniences - no shampoo/soap shelf in shower, small shower stall. No visable way to turn on entrance light to seeinto closet and safe. |

Room was clean and had a nice little balcony. Room was really small for a double, internet was expensive and wasn't working while we stayed there. |

The cleanness of the room. The furniture is comortable and very new, especiall the bathroom. The size of my room was good. But the size of the rooms varied. Friendly staff with good english skills. Near to Termini. The breakfast is OK for 2 days, but not for more. No fresh fruits and vegetables. The sweet bakery products taste not very fresh, maybe they were packed. Maybe the breakfast is acceptable for Italy, but not for an international 4 Star Hotel. |

Location. The hotel was very close to the central Termini - train station and to central bus station. From there you can go everywhere in Rome. The hotel was clean. Towels were changed every day. Sheets, every second day. Breakfast was satisfactory. The room inside was very beautiful and new. The receptionists do not give you proper advice... Breakfast should change a little from day to day. |

The location is good, near the main railway station. The room is quiet, clean and relatively large comparing to the hotel rooms in other italien cities. To our surprise, there is a Chinese tv programme, I.E. the cctv4. We stayed 4 nights in the hotel, but the sheet on our bed was not changed. |

The rooms are clean. Hotel is well located near Termini station. The bread at the breakfast is from the previous day. It's not fresh. The triple room is a double room with an extra bed. The mattress of the extra bed is not confortable and it's very hot (foam mattress). |

The hotel e mailed me to confirm a driver would meet us at the airport he failed to arrive - which as is turns out was lucky as the set price for the trip is e30 but the hotel wanted to charge e60!! The breakfast was avererage at best considering the cost, the cleanliness of the hotel was superb and the bathroom was very nice - however the bed was very firm and gave me really badback ache!! Poor breakfast, very expensive bar, only 1 english speaking tv chanel cnn! |

The french doors onto a small balcony. The bathroom and shower were lovely. Breakfast had a very good selection and was very tasty. It was very close to all major sites in romes and they were easily reached on foot. The room was very dark and could do with extra lighting. The armchair in our room was very worn and stained. |

Located in the Umbertine section of Rome, near the central Termini station and a few steps away from the Teatro dell'Opera, the hotel is ideally located to explore this historic city. |
The elegant Hotel Morgana is set in the heart of Rome, 5 minutes from Termini station and links to the airports. Walk to the Coliseum in just 15 minutes. |
Hotel Alpi is a fine example of the Art Nouveau style of the late 1800s. Relax on the sunny terrace and walk to the main station in 5 minutes. |
An unbeatable location, excellent service, and a panoramic roof terrace with a view across Rome; you have all this and more at Hotel Mediterraneo, only 200 metres from Termini Station. |
