Location was great Wi-fi was good Breakfast was good Perfect value for money
No view One of the staff members at reception was not friendly but others were much better
Good hotel and room conditions. Good breakfast. Nice location.
Very nice hotel, with kind staff, comfortable and elegant rooms, good breakfast
Wi fi in the room sometimes week
Very clean and comfortable. Good layout for breakfast. Fine location.
Wifi was extremely spotty. It would be nice if the staff took the trouble to smile.
Mr. Georges Khoury at the reception was extremely helpful, and other staff were very friendly. Everything was exceptional, spacious room, good breakfast, fast service (Ordered a taxi that was ready in a minute). Best location (We stayed in different hotels in Rome, but this one was the best. Very close to the termini station (2 minutes walk) and to Bus touristic pick-ups (Less than a minute walk). If I went back to Rome, I would definitely book there. (Great Value for money). The adjustable electronic (With massage) bed was also great.
Otel in the centre and you can go anywhere easly by metro, bus and train .rooms clean.Breakfast ok . AT THE RECEPTION MR.TIZIANO VERY KIND VERY HELPFULL MAN REALY.WE THANKS TO HIM FOR EVERTHINGS.
Around the otel in the nights homeless people.wifi not working very well.
Beds are extremely comfortable- memory foam, adjustable by remote control, and with a vibrating massage feature! Breakfast was good, as was location.
Breakfast extremely busy - at periods there were people waiting 10 minutes for a table. First room we were allocated smelled of cigarette smoke but we were moved quickly.
Location very close to Roma Termini (main train station).
Staff should learn to be more receptive and friendly to guests.
Nice hotel, friendly staff, nice location but not good area, breakfast was very good -croissant and cappuccino were awesome! !
The area near the hotel wasn't so good
All the historical stuff
Walking distance to the coliseum!
The hotel's parking was very expensive:(
Excelent hotel: team, location, confortable, breakfast.
Very small room.
Room was nice, location staff we re friendly
Rome charges 7 euros per person per night . Nothing to do with hotel but it adds to your Bill
Outside patio, bar, ambience.
Dust in room, dining room for breakfast was cramped. Guests were allowed to bring their own 6 pack of beers into bar - definitely not very good for a 4* hotel. Position good have been better.
Bed was the highlight of our stay. Comfortable memory foam mssaging bed. Near central station. Lavish breakfast with nice options. Friendly staff.
Bathroom fittings was not up to the mark.
The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was nice, the location in termini was very good which was close to shops and metro. and TV had a satellite which was good for us. and in general the room was very very good
3 time I had a problem with staffs (3 different staffs) all in reception . which when I asked question they were to rude and impolite. also for example one of them gave me his opinion about my condition which was very inappropriate. also when I compare the staffs from my hotel in Florence and Venice these guys are not very helpful.
Excellent Location.....hotel was clean...breakfast included which was a plus....staff were fabulous....they stepped up and went beyond our expectations....
WiFi fast, no some where low signal, they install new D-superior beds, which are very comfort.
1. We wanted to borrow an umbrella because it was raining, but they said they DIDN'T HAVE ONE. Another guest asked to borrow an umbrella and they lend them one. When we asked them again, they said the other guest had an umbrella but it was broken. What?? 2. We were thirsty but no electric kettle was available for use at the room or when we asked to borrow one from one of the staff. No complimentary drink and no convenience store nearby (we bought one at Termini station). 3. We had to push the door (with a little bit of effort) after we tap the room card (only one card for each room). It was when one of the staff passed by our room and noticed that we had some trouble opening the room door that we knew how to open it.
The room was clean, the breakfast was good and plenty. The staff were helpful.
We stayed in a double room with balcony which was rather small and the shower was ridiculously small. The tv was very disappointing with the only channels in English being News channels!
Location Helpful staff Good facilities and breakfast
Poor wifi. Difficult to connect, and unstable.
Staff Location Quiet
I fell down on the slippery floor in the bathroom and couldn't stand up by my own. After stayed at hospital for 3 hours alone (my husband has to take care of the kid) I haven't heard anything fr the hotel. The next morning while my husband was ready to check out I asked the manager whether the hotel has some words to speak to me. The manager with a poker- face said"it wasn't hotel's fault. We've already paid the taxi fr the hospital." And when he was gonna pass me to the Chinese manager(the boss of this hotel happen to be a Chinese, same with me), the Chinese manager just bothered to see me. At that moment, I just felt humiliated. I was like a dirt which they wish to mop away, not a client abroad who just had a horrible experience. So I wish you think about it, luckily I just had some pain with my Back which will be recovered in 5 -7 days ,what if ...I quite doubt the hotel is mature or nice enough to deal with it.
The service by staff was excellent. The rooms was of my standard. The bed was very comfrtable. The room was a good size and I love the seating area availale on the roof of the hotel. I will definitely use the hotel again!
No iron in my room and not being able to borrow one to use without being charged a fee for laundry. No tea and coffee facilities in my room. I was charged to have cappuccino in the general area, which I shouldn't have. There isn't an alternative in my room. This should have been complimentary to have one cappuccino per day to make up for this not being available in the room.
