1. They don't have a big bed for two people, very bad!!! the bed is for single person and always skip from each other 2. no silpers, bad!!!
THE BREAKFAST IS VERY GOOD, AND THE LOCATION IS VERY NEAR TO THE TERMINI STATION, 5 minutes
Very small room, the shampoo was very harsh
Good location, clean and efficient
Wifi very poor throughout the property
can`t think of anything
Location, size of room, proximity
Furniture was quite old - although main bed was amazing with massage options. Hotel is situated in a place with European style streets and sometimes difficult to find.
Front desk staff were amazing and very helping. Hotel is in central location, especially if you have to use metro (unfortunately we did not) or bus services. Breakfast had though very limited options - but still not bad. Room was being cleaned every day with new toiletries. Although there were so many different things then what we have seen in 4 - 5 star hotels but I assume, this is how Rome hotels are. Oh forgot - we had a Quadruple room and the size of the room was amazing - including bathroom. Bathroom was very clean and looked quite new.
The TV noise coming from the next door was so high.
The WiFi didn't work The room was VERY noisy Very small room
Close to the train station - walking distance
No air conditioning. Staff there said it's neither winter or summer and therefore shut it down. The room as a result was very stuffy and forced us to open the window. but the street was busy with vehicles and we ended up having bad nights.
Location. Extremely friendly staff.
no mini bar in the room if u want to make ur own hot water... No iron machine ...breakfast daily the same no change
location was good near to main station terminin and to the main bus station 3-5 min walking,,,, the room was good , small but comfortable,, bed is amazing with massage,,, breakfast was good but no change,,, nice terreca
One particular staff member, Tiziano, was unpleasant, unhelpful and downright rude. Bakery products at breakfast did not taste fresh. Wi-fi did not always work.
All of the staff, except one, were excellent. Room was good size. Television worked and had English-speaking channels. Location was close to neighborhood restaurants and to train station and subway.
The lobby could use some renovation.
Rooms were small, but we were hardly at the hotel. Its a good place if your arriving, departing or both from the Termini train station.
Not much except the shower in my room can be larger, but we managed.
The location and convenient to get around.
They only had 1 baby chair in their restaurant where breakfast was served. Several families were vying for that baby chair, and if you didn't get it early.. you would have to use your baby pram/stroller. I would have thought that the hotel would at least have 2-3 baby chairs as there not expensive after all. Check-in area is small and could get crowded but the front office staff were professional.
Its a great hotel near Termini e.g. about 5 min walk. I stary in the quad room as we were a family of 5 comprising of 2 adults, 2 kids and an infant. The room they gave us e.g room 415 was great. Ample space for all of us plus baby cot. Clean and fresh room. King size room with 2 sofa beds. Clean and spacious bathrooms.
Nice clean comfortable hotel staff helpful. Close to metro so easy to get around
* Not in the center * sometimes problems with hot water but mostly works OK.
* Stuff amazing and very helpful * Very close to the train station and metro * Very comfortable rooms. Beds are amazing * had a room for 3. very big and comfortable
The breakfast was awesome with lots of food choices.
Helpful friendly staff. A 2min walk from termini (main metro station) but within walking distance of every tourist attraction. Small room but plenty space with a comfortable bed an amazing shower. Air con. Quiet. Would recommend. Kept baggage before check in and after check out.
The free WiFi was vary flaky, and didn't always work in our room. Also, didn't care for all the artificial flowers!
Good location and very helpful staff
Not easy to see street signs and missed the hotel the first time.
Great location to train station, shopping, restaurants, and access to historic sites. Great value for the property's amenities. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Definitely would stay there again.
Close to Termini and metro Helpful concierge
The Area termini is a bit shady at night and please ensure to keep a good eye on your purses and valuables. The triple room was quite nice the double room was quite small and tiny.
I was travelling with friends to Rome. The hotels location was conveniently located near termini station with good transport links to the city. The hotel staff was quite nice and accommodating and patient my friend literally called the concierge 5 to 6 times a day but they were very nice and helpful.
No airconditioning while room was very hot. Room very small, wardrobe door hits the bed, feels claustrophobic, you can not pick up the soap in the shower unit without opening the door. Breakfast is awfull, everything is fake and without taste, except fori the coffe that tastes really bad.
Very practical location, 2 minutes from metro and termini.
