Outside patio, bar, ambience.
Dust in room, dining room for breakfast was cramped. Guests were allowed to bring their own 6 pack of beers into bar - definitely not very good for a 4* hotel. Position good have been better.
Bed was the highlight of our stay. Comfortable memory foam mssaging bed. Near central station. Lavish breakfast with nice options. Friendly staff.
Bathroom fittings was not up to the mark.
The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was nice, the location in termini was very good which was close to shops and metro. and TV had a satellite which was good for us. and in general the room was very very good
3 time I had a problem with staffs (3 different staffs) all in reception . which when I asked question they were to rude and impolite. also for example one of them gave me his opinion about my condition which was very inappropriate. also when I compare the staffs from my hotel in Florence and Venice these guys are not very helpful.
Excellent Location.....hotel was clean...breakfast included which was a plus....staff were fabulous....they stepped up and went beyond our expectations....
WiFi fast, no some where low signal, they install new D-superior beds, which are very comfort.
1. We wanted to borrow an umbrella because it was raining, but they said they DIDN'T HAVE ONE. Another guest asked to borrow an umbrella and they lend them one. When we asked them again, they said the other guest had an umbrella but it was broken. What?? 2. We were thirsty but no electric kettle was available for use at the room or when we asked to borrow one from one of the staff. No complimentary drink and no convenience store nearby (we bought one at Termini station). 3. We had to push the door (with a little bit of effort) after we tap the room card (only one card for each room). It was when one of the staff passed by our room and noticed that we had some trouble opening the room door that we knew how to open it.
The room was clean, the breakfast was good and plenty. The staff were helpful.
We stayed in a double room with balcony which was rather small and the shower was ridiculously small. The tv was very disappointing with the only channels in English being News channels!
Location Helpful staff Good facilities and breakfast
Poor wifi. Difficult to connect, and unstable.
Staff Location Quiet
I fell down on the slippery floor in the bathroom and couldn't stand up by my own. After stayed at hospital for 3 hours alone (my husband has to take care of the kid) I haven't heard anything fr the hotel. The next morning while my husband was ready to check out I asked the manager whether the hotel has some words to speak to me. The manager with a poker- face said"it wasn't hotel's fault. We've already paid the taxi fr the hospital." And when he was gonna pass me to the Chinese manager(the boss of this hotel happen to be a Chinese, same with me), the Chinese manager just bothered to see me. At that moment, I just felt humiliated. I was like a dirt which they wish to mop away, not a client abroad who just had a horrible experience. So I wish you think about it, luckily I just had some pain with my Back which will be recovered in 5 -7 days ,what if ...I quite doubt the hotel is mature or nice enough to deal with it.
The service by staff was excellent. The rooms was of my standard. The bed was very comfrtable. The room was a good size and I love the seating area availale on the roof of the hotel. I will definitely use the hotel again!
No iron in my room and not being able to borrow one to use without being charged a fee for laundry. No tea and coffee facilities in my room. I was charged to have cappuccino in the general area, which I shouldn't have. There isn't an alternative in my room. This should have been complimentary to have one cappuccino per day to make up for this not being available in the room.
The staff were very helpful with everything. Hotels allowed us to drop our luggages (10 big luggages!) on our way from Napoli to Firenze, to be claimed 3 days later. The porter (Giovanni) taken care of our luggage with great effort. Location is excellent with lots of Asian Restaurant nearby. Although we plan to rent parking space in a garage nearby, it turned out that roadside parking in front of hotel is easy to find. The Bed is plausible!!! All the rooms have adjustable bed that you could adjust for watching TV, or reading. The bed even have electric massaging!! Breakfast is good too.
Bathroom with a bathtub; Bed controlled by remote control, with option for massages; Very helpfull staff; Great location, near to Termini Station (bus, metro, train), and near to many atractions.
Poor cleaning: the floor was not vacuumed, the glasses were not washed, neither the bathtub; Breakfast with poor options for people who do not eat much sugar (no juices without sugar)
Location. Decor. Kind upgrade on our last night. Breakfast was good.
Double bed is actually 2 single beds that easily separate. Shower is too small in standard room. Wifi unreliable - did not connect most of the time.
I stayed at Augusta Lucilla with my friends. Great location -you can walk to all famous sightseeings, shops. I would like to mention the personnel - reception staff is really takes care about you during your stay. Such a smiling receptionist Tiziano helped a lot to my friend to arrange her further trip, suggested us many good things about the city, Gianluca and Georges ( I hope I write the names correctly)are very attentive to all details that let us feel VIP guests. The bartender Sem made our last evening at the hotel very warm. I plan my next visit to Rome with my family - definitely I will come back here. Attentive and hospitable staff, clean rooms, VERY comfortable beds... Why should I look for something else?)) Thank you and see you!
The location was quite central and access to the major sites was easy. Nice clean hotel.
The reception seemed very occupied, but the majority of the staff was quite friendly.
The american breakfast was excellent, clean room, wifi almost everywhere.
Wifi did not work on breakfast room,
The hotel is located within walking distance to the Termini station and the beds are massage beds.
The staff at front desk could be more approachable.
Nice staff, near to central station, good breakfast.
I will repeat.
Good bed Very good breakfast Great location
Bad isolation. We could here neighbors doing their stuff in a toilet. Bad Wi-Fi Rude personal on the reception
I liked the Hotel a lot. The location was great!!! The complimentary breakfast was very nice. We ate and took off for the day. We didn't get back till dinner. There were many restaurants within walking distance.
Cleanliness and great staff
Could not connect to WiFi
