A szoba tiszta, ízléses. A reggeli bőséges és választékos. A szálloda jó helyen van, minden könnyen elérhető. Mindennel elégedettek voltunk. Egy dolog volt ami nem tetszett, hogy a világítást külön a recepcióról kapcsolták, nem kártyás rendszerű volt. Időnként magától kikapcsolt, szólni kellett a recepción, és azonnal visszakapcsolták. Ezt leszámítva minden más korrekt volt. |

Központi fekvés, elfogadható méretű szoba, barátságos berendezés, kielégítő reggeli, udvarias, segítőkész, nagyvonalú személyzet. Kényelmes ágy, Modern, jól felszerelt fürdőszoba. Rossz hangszigetelés, mindig hallatszott a folyosói beszéd.Hiába volt igazi tavasz és meleg, a szobában a légkondi nem működött, ahogy a tetőteraszt is csak a nyári hónapokban nyitják ki. Miért a naptárhoz igazodnak az időjárás helyett?! |

The location was very central only a short walk from the railway station and close by for the city tour buses, Well kept rooms and very good level of cleanliness. Good variety for breakfast and breakfast bar kept well stocked. |

The hotel was very clean and tidy and all the staff were helpful and polite. We had a quad room which was very spacious. It didn't appear to be as close as we thought to the tourist attractions. |

Good location near Termini train station in Rome... but there were better. I passed seriously about 20 hotels before I got to mine in the walk from the station. The breakfast was great and the wait staff there were super friendly. The rooms were extremely well cleaned and there were plenty of towels. The front desk staff was hit and miss... I called for a wake up call and I felt like the guy was a little impatient with me. Also, the front desk clerk said the transfer to my airport was 30, 35 Euros max, and recommended I call in the morning for a taxi 5 minutes before I leave. Instead the guy booked some contract taxi and called me in the morning and said it was waiting for me. I was shocked to find out that my cab fare was 60 Euro.. no meter, just a flat rate arranged by the hotel. I could've taken the Metro and then a bus for under 2 Euro, but I opted for 30 Euro for convenience. If I 'd known that they would charge me the hotel rate of 60 I would've found another way. The rooms were very plain. The TVs were wall mounted flat panels, but maybe 13 inches. Bad Italian TV, no cable. For a 3 person room I found it rather small... but adequate. The bathroom showers were small, so if you're over maybe 6 foot or 250+, I'd look elsewhere. The toilets were VERY poorly placed, too... your legs are seriously wedged under the sink when you sit. This is absolutely not a 4-star hotel. Mid to low 3 star probably. I found myself looking at other hotels saying, "I wish I'd stayed there!" |

Location is good. Breakfast is great (however, scrambled eggs were served totally cold). The room was too small. It was really hard to move around. The tv had a very small monitor and the number of channels available was very small. |

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, it is ideally located for travelling throughout Rome. It is a 5 minute walk from the termini and also the basillica of Santa maria maggiore which is a must see. there are restaurants nearby. I would recommend this hotel. no tea and coffee facilities in the room but this is a personnel choice. |

Location - very close to main train terminus, don't take the taxi its a 3 minute walk, close to metro and bus stations and within walking distance of most attractions. The room and other facilities are spotlessly clean, beautiful bathroom, and fully air conditioned. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is buffet style with a reasonable selection and constantly restocked. Stayed for 5 nights and loved it. Triple room is a double with a sofa bed for the third person, a little cramped but still comfortable, but how long do you stay in your room when in Rome? |

The staff were very helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable, fab bed, my husband didn't snore once ! The hotel is extreamly well positioned. one block away from all transport, trains, tour buses, metro and the terravision coach from the airport.(two blocks) No problem with noise in the hotel. Plenty of places to eat. varied and reasonbly priced in the vicinity. |

Very close to Rome Termini station. French doors in room and excellent housekeeping - everythign was spotless! The area is a bit run down and not safe to walk outside at night. |

Walking distance to Termini Station. The rooms were well decorated, very clean and I found mine to be quite comfortable and quiet. I did stay on the back side so I am not sure how quiet it would be if you were on the main street. The staff was very helpful and friendly! I only stayed for one night but the location seemed like it would be great for anyone wanting to explore all of Rome. The space-planning of the bathroom. I would not recommend room 412 to anyone who is over-weight or pregnant. I had a terrible time getting into the shower as the bathroom counter blocked the entrance into the shower. I literally had to squeeze in and I'm average size! I think it simply could be fixed by adjusting the doors to slide from left to right so the opening is closest to the wall not the sink. The toilet and the bidet need to be reversed as I would suspect people use the bidet less. When you use the toilet enjoy the fact that the counter top is right over your lap! Really bad planning from the designer considering that everything else was stunning! The decor was wonderful! |
