Rent, verkade vara nyligen renoverat av standarden att döma. Struntsaker bara: varför inga tvålkoppar t ex - använda tvåler fick simma omkring på handfatet. Ett annat tips är att lägga duschmattan utanför duschen, inte på golvet av duschkabinen, där den riskerar att bli oupptäckt medan man provar vattentemperaturen i duschen. |

Rom! Rummen var extremt små, 2x3 meter. Mycket hård säng. Inget skrivbord, ingen stol. Ingen taklampa och så dålig sängbelysning att det inte gick att läsa. Ingen sminkspegel, hårfönen fungerade inte. Mycket dålig incheckning. 20 minuter! Nonchalant service i receptionen av 50% av personalen. Frukostutbudet litet och ovarierat. Ingen varm mat, ingen färsk frukt. Absolut inte ett fyrstjärningt hotell! |

Staff was helpful and informative. Great location in walking distance to many restaurants, sights and major transportation hubs. Would be nice if hotel had it's own full service restaurant...breakfast was included and served daily but facility was not open at any other time. |

The rooms were not big, but very nice and clean, the high ceiling gave a sensation of a bigger room. The breakfast was basic. The hotel staff's reccommendation for restaurant should not be considered (they recommended a restaurant - Terme di Diocleziano - where a very high price of the service was added to the bill instead of having a discount as they mentioned, so that was not very nice). The price of the internet was very high (5 euros/hour) where some hotels have it for free. |

The hotel was clean, very comfortable, and spacious. The reception staff helpful. So in isolation the hotel was good. I would not stay near the termini. It is too difficult to get to the good parts of Rome and it is easy to get lost. Wish I had paid more to be in the centre of town. A book went missing from our room and we suspect the cleaner must have taken it. |
