我非常喜欢这个酒店的早餐，早餐的品种多样。

The reason I select this hotel was it near the Termini station.

我于9月2日入住，按照预定，很快办完入住手续进房间，换衣服后准备上街，发现前台接待办入住手续时没交还- 护照，马上到前台要，店小二竟说护照要送警察- 局检查，岂有此理！我立即正色告诉他，I have never heard about that all over the world! 闻之此- 语，店小二立即还我护照。后来听说罗马很乱，有人炒卖护照，所以特别提醒大家办完入住一定要及时要回护照。- 也不知老板知道不，9月2日当班接待的这个店- 小二确实有问题，我问他如何上网，他竟说无网络服务，我问续住可否，他说你明天再问，我对此人服务很不满意- ，准备第二天换一家酒店。9月3日当班前台接- 待就很好，很礼貌，而且立刻告诉了如何买网络服务上网，同时我问续住可否也立即得到解决，服务很好该表扬，- 完全不像9月2日当班接待的那个店小二。店里- 还有几个中国雇员，也都很好。

That was a nightmare. We went to sleep earlier around 9.30pm to adjust our time difference. But when I was sleeping, I felt a light from the door, and then the door opened. My husband and I was sooooo scared and shouted out. Then we called receptionist and he said it’s their staff. The staff wanted to get sth in my room. But he entered into the wrong room. Later we asked the receptionist to come and make sure the door was safe. Few minutes later, the staff but not receptionist came over. He apologized and explained he wanted to put sth in our room but he made a mistake. As we still didn’t come over from the horrible thing. At that time we accepted his apologize. But when we left Rome, I thought maybe that was not an accident. Cuz just that staff carried our luggage into our room when we checked in. That was the same day. So….I just wrote the truth and share with you.

The hotel was very near the station Termini and there were many resturants nearby.The room was well proportioned and very clean.

The bathroom was laid out in a very akward manner and was very small. The hotel resturant would only accept cash payment.

Close enough to Termini train station.

breakfast is poor in diversity

close to train ,bus and metro stations. breakfast was ok. morning staff was not very freindly. evening staff was very helpful

The hotel was located a few blocks from the train station, which allowed access to the metro. The metro proved to be an inexpensive, easy way to travel around the city. There were stops located within a few blocks of all of the major areas we wanted to visit.

The room was very hot, and we were no able to adjust the temperature because the heat had been turned on for the winter. The shower leaked to the point that the bathroom floor was very, very wet. We advised the hotel staff on several occasions, and the response was to provide us with towels to put on the floor.

Rooms were clean, Breakfast was included and plentiful, some rooms were larger than others. I had booked four rooms because we were a group of 8. 2 blocks from subway station. also hop on hop off bus was close. cafes close. some staff more helpful than others.

no help from staff regarding tours etc. some staff were rude. Roof top garden with view of Rome was none existant. Nothing there. the biggest problem was arrival at hotel and shuttle unable to park in front of hotel. Had to unload luggage for 8 people on the next street and haul them to the hotel in very dangerous traffic condition. On day of departure, shuttle could not park in front of hotel because owners car was parked there. He finally made the owner move his car. He said this was very dangerous and should not be happening. He said we all (8 persons )should lodge a complaint. streets and traffic and having to pull suitcases from around the block should not have happened.

Room was rather small for the star rating

Nice stay for Rome. Clean bathroom and bed. Expensive but worth the comfort after a long day. The simple breakfast was not bad compared to other italy hotels. Was located near teminai station so good access to airport shuttle bus and to get around rome was easy.

Some of the furniture hadnt been dusted for ages and the timber flooring hadnt been mopped. Wear slippers.
