The only positive comment about our stay was that we eventually ended up in a decent room, but only after we complained twice to the front desk about the terrible condition of the room we were given upon arrival. (a) If a hotel for some strange and unknown reason have rooms of very(!) varying standard (within the same room category), why not give the nicest room available to the first arriving guests (instead of vice versa)? (b) The staff was very friendly upon arrival but not as much after the room change. (c) Internet is available for free in the lobby (which is annoyingly slow) but wireless is expensive (but faster). (d) No safety box available in the room. (e) There is a small kitchen facility in the room but you will have to bring utensils. (f) Worn down furniture. (g) Desperate need for a make over. |

Excellent location. A 10 minute walk to the Duomo & Tram interchange, including a tram line outside the hotel. Close to many cafes frequented by locals, so no need to venture to the Duomo for the tourist priced food & beverages. Shopping strip Via Torino is very close as are the main attractions. Hotel staff were very friendly & accomodating. Would defintately stay here again. It would have been nice to have a safety deposit box... but the excellent air-conditioning & large (for Italy) elevator made up fpr it. |

The restaurant was beautifully designed and decorated, and the city center (Duomo) just about 10 minutes walk. The room they gave us was old and access to the garage was not easy. |

The double room was unexpectedely big - 2 rooms, small kitchen. Underground garage - you can come with the car. The staff is very resonsive and cheerful, together with design, makes you feel as at home. |

Not a 4 star hotel. Some of 2 star hotels in nearby Switzerland are more convenient. Definitely not a 4 star breakfast. |
