地下鉄最寄り駅から近く、また市内中心の観光名所にも歩いてすぐいけた。ホテルにはレストランがなかったけど、メインの入り口と違うドアでつながったレストランがあり、すごく疲れていたので助かった。ルームサービスを頼んだらしてくれるのかも。部屋にキッチンがあったのにも驚いた。週末でこの価格だったのかもしれないけど、今度もここにしようかなと思った。 朝食のレストランの接客がすごく無愛想だった。また4星なのに鍵が旧式で、のぞき穴がなかったのはちょっとびっくり。 |

大陸側について共通ですが、湯沸しポットなどが常備されていない。コーヒーなどが部屋で利用できず、少し不便。 |

場所はDuomoからは若干離れていますが、歩く気になれば歩ける距離だし、地下鉄駅も近くて便利。バカンスシーズンのため、周りのお店は閉まっていました。朝食はやや種類が多い方かも。小さな流しとレンジが付いていましたが、皿や鍋などはありませんでした。部屋はやや古めですが、ちゃんと掃除されていました。 子供と添い寝で泊まったのですが、子供の朝食代18 Euroを別に請求されました。お子さん連れの場合は、事前確認をお勧めします。バカンスシーズンで従業員が少なかったらしく、 chek in/check out が集中する時間はちょっと待たされました。 |

トラム16番線、地下鉄3線沿いにあり、市内各所へのアクセスは抜群。夏季バカンスシーズンだった為か周囲のBARやPIZZERIAは全滅状態でしたが、中心部から徒歩圏内でもあることを考えれば十分でした。駐車場も敷地内にあり、安心でした。設備がやや古めですが、きれいにメンテされており、満足できるものでした。 |

secured private parking on site, good breakfast and location. request for extended checkout and choice of quiet side for room granted. smell of room and water stains near air conditioner ... would recommend continued maintenance |

The double room was unexpectedely big - 2 rooms, small kitchen. Underground garage - you can come with the car. The staff is very resonsive and cheerful, together with design, makes you feel as at home. |

The staff were very helpful and friendly... There were no utensils (glasses, spoons, tea/coffee facilities) in the room.We also had to ask for pillows as there were no extra in the room. For the price of the hotel you would expect these things to be there. |

The hotel room was excellent!! Clean stylish and located in a quieter street of the main road. Please be aware that some of the suites (the good ones) are in a private building like an apartment. The hotel is next to maccas in verona and the rooms across the road are much nicer. The staff super friendly. Will be staying again!!! Be aware that they do not serve hot breakfast although the cakes are lovely, it has good normal italian breakfast. Oh and this hotel is like a four star hotel in milan or bologna espically the suites across the road. |

Close to the metro station and only 2 stops to the inner city. The did not turn on the air condition until June, so it was very hot in the room. |

The location- 10 minute walk from downtown, very well connected- subway and tram at 1 minute. It probably was a very nice hotel 20 years ago. It has style, but everything is old! Also- lots of noise and no heat (when we asked how we can turn the radiator on they said we can't because it's spring and so there is no heat in the hotel! Sorry!) . Put on another sweater! |

The rooms are ok for the price of 99 Euros (the breakfast was included), but I would prefer a little safe in the room. The lifts are really small.When I was getting my luggage in the lift, obviously someone from another floor wanted the lift also, so the doors were trying to close and I was fighting to get the luggage in, but the doors wouldn`t open.So when I finally forced my stuff in, then the doors closed immediately |

Everything was perfect, hotel has fabulous location, staff is great, has its own garage, rooms are big, very clean, and most of all has a great price! All in all, will be back for sure! |

hotel is located in a good area for shopping and site seeing .very small elevaitors two people max or one person and a laugage .great bathroom and clean .TV.is dated .the kitchen is useless .breakfast is just ok . The reception staff ouch . i guess they have been there too long .overall for the price and not knowing where to stay and booking ourself last minute ,we did not do too bad . location train station shopping |

The Hotel was very relaxing, although we were in the heart of Milan. The Hotel was very well run, staff were excellent and I would return tomorrow. Relaxed but professional approach by staff. Good ambience. Clean, well-decorated and maintained. Helpful and approachable staff. Easy access to the centre of Milan. Great room size. Had taken note of booking request prior to arrival. Breakfast from 0700-1100 allowed extra stay in bed even on Sunday. |

The hotel is very conveniently located and close to the subway. We arrived 3 hours before the posted check-in time but a room was available. We were thus able to rest and freshen up after our trans-atlantic flight. The locking mechanism of the room entry door is not practical and makes a lot of noise. |
