Beliggenhet. Vi skulle videre til Linate airport. Servicen med organisering av drosje til flyplassen. Vi var der da restauranten var setegt pga ferie avvikling. Maten vi da bestilte var oppvarmet micromat....ikke helt det jeg forventet. |

The service is really bad! They give me a double room instead of a twin I requested. We have to separate the beds ourselves (no room service lady on duty at night) and can't provide extra bed sheets and blankets as laundry room is locked. He ask us to go to the trolley at stair case ourselves to see if we can find some clear towel. We are asked to buy an adaptor when we requested one! |

Staff very friendly and efficient, breakfast good, room lovely and spacious. Very close to Crocetta metro station and trams run into the centre also, or you can walk in 10-15 mins. Advise booking through the hotel's own website as this is almost invariably cheaper. |

the desk staff were extremely helpful and polite.Breakfast really good and plenty of choice. A little annoying that the bar did not open til 6 to get a cup of tea.Room service was really expensive and cost 13 euros for two cups of tea! |

Very well located not too far from the center (10mn walk). Nice breakfast. Long hairs in the bathroom, a bit disgusting, isn't it? Rooms on the street a bit noisy. |
