La posizione all'interno della cittadina, la ristrutturazione dell'albergo, la cucina e gli arredi del ristorante collegato "Bonvin". La lentezza dfei servizi al ristorante "Bonvin" (circa 2 ore per cenare).

Personale disponibilissimo su servizi ed informazione, hotel moderno,centrale e confortevole. Siamo andati a Levico in un periodo fuori stagione e x questo motivo c'eravamo solamente noi in tutto l'Hotel. Il centro benessere è piccolino ma completo..se portate il vostro mp3 possono mettere la vostra musica di sottofondo. Dopo una sauna e una biosauna ci potrete concedere una tazza di tisana preparata dai proprietari. Colazione completa e varia nonostante fossimo gli unici clienti. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!

Posizione, confort, servizi offerti L' annesso ruistorante "Boivin" offre piatti di ottima qualità e presentazione ma è carente nei tempi di attesa (troppo lunghi) tra una portata e l'altra. 2/3 ore x una cena sono troppe.

L'albergo è ben gestito e comodo. Interessante è la raccolta di dipinti su vetro e oggetti della tradizione contadina visibili in tutti gli spazi comuni. Ottima la colazione. Il servizio di reception è quasi inesistente.

La massima cortesia e disponibilità nonostante una sola notte di permanenza. Hotel molto carino negli arredi, buonissima la posizione, praticamente in centro ma in una strada non trafficata.Si arriva al lago in 15' con una bella passeggiata Il parcheggio è a pagamento e costa 3 euro al giorno ma c'è un pargheggio gratuito vicino e comodo. Mancava lo specchio nella camera o nell'armadio

Molto bello l'hotel, ben curata la stanza, cordiale lo staff, ottima posizione dell'hotel centralissima e molto comodo da raggiungere con un ottimo parcheggio adiacente! Soggiorno positivo unici due nei la doccia che al nostro arrivo aveva dei capelli sullo scarico, e un cameriere che nel descriverci la cena non ci ha indicato dei piatti che poi abbiamo però visto portare agli altri tavoli! Comunque tutto subito risolto :)

Struttura di recentissima ristrutturazione effettuata dai proprietari con cura e competenza. La cortesia e la disponibilità dei propritari fa di questa struttura una casa d'epoca veramente particolaare. Da consigliare vivamente anche per il buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

La gentilezza dello staff e il comfort della camera. Letto comodo, stanza pulita, connessione wifi gratuita. Avrei preferito che nell'annuncio su booking.com ci fosse specificato che il lunedì la ristorazione non è disponibile. Strade tutte a senso unico,un pò difficile orientarsi all'inizio. Ma lo staff aiuta comunque.

Albergo molto carino, romantico, ben ristrutturato, curato e accogliente. Tutto molto nuovo. Posizione centrale, comodo il parcheggio anche se a pagamento, ma a un prezzo conveniente. Siamo stati accolti con disponibilità e gentilezza. Molto interessante anche il ristorante collegato all'albergo.

Mi sono piaciute la ristutturazione dell' edificio, particolare e bella, la gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari, le camere in genere molto pulite e luminose. Il pranzo, ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo Nel tempo che sono rimasta non c'è nulla che non mi è piaciuto

Es ist sehr Zentrumsnah Wir konnten sogar unsere Hunde mitnehmen. Und sehr schöne Sicht zu den Bergen und Burgen. Es war leider kalt an Ostern und es hat geregnet.
