staff dont speak english, just an old lady, the entrance smells bad and had lots of garbage, elevator doesnt work properly
everting is fine, especially the host sent the champagne as the gift, super nice
the ac didn't work very well, a little cold in the room
Its not clean. A/C not working properly. Room so small. No hangers or proper towels. No soap or shampoo provided
Short ways to the city. Close to public transport. Clean. If you have a room on the inner side, the price is really good.
Most of the rooms are located next to the main road on the oposite side of train station Termini, which means traffic noise and yelling people at every day and night time. The windows are not isolated and the doors are thin. A feeling of sleeping on the sidewalk.
The hostel was a 5-10min walk from the main train station.
The hostel wasn't located at the address provided. The hostel was divided into two areas and the key provided only worked in your area. My area had not kitchen and only one toilet/shower.
The actual room was nice and clean with a new bathroom but very basic.
The location although handy to the train station is DODGY. So many scary characters hang around the door which you can hardly find as there are no actual signs to advertise it. The "breakfast" that was included consisted of some milk and old cocoa pops...not good at all. The walls are very thin and two nights in a row I had to go tell other guests to keep their voices and TVs down.
* Friendly staff * Clean room and great bathroom * Excellent wi-fi * Good location - right in front of Roma Termini station, near bus and metro
* Awful neighbourhood
Nice staff, beds were made and bathrooms cleaned each day, very close to metro and central train station
WiFi didn't work in room, there is no sign out the front of hostel so it was a bit hard to find and the area didn't feel entirely safe late at night.
The staffs are so kind, and the position is definitely good because it is near the main station Termini.
People keep talking loudly all night outside the window.
Location near metro station Clean
Neighborhood was a little sketchy
The location is amazing, I mean you are so close to the station termini and to different turistic places as well. The attention of the staff is really good, they are so friendly and they always are happy to help you.
The first thing is that the place where is located is quite singular, on the other hand, they said that the breakfast is inclued but they don't provide breakfast. They told me that was a problem in the kitchen but I was expecting a breakfast. Finally is a good place to sleep in Rome.
Location was perfect next to train station, metro, and walking distance to sites.
Silent signs everywhere and you couldn't use the kitchen. Breakfast was one box of cereal, loaf of bread and instant coffee. A/C only worked when a certain room was there - three rooms per electrical circuit. We wanted to cool off and relax a couple afternoons and it was a constant struggle with the staff to understand why our A/C only worked part of the time.
Good hostel. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The guy was hilarious.
Kind of weird that there was only one key per room. But it seemed like the staff were always available to open the room if there wasn't already someone there
Location was good, near bus and metro station. Staff was friendly and ready anytime to help, even they didn't speak english very well. There was a small, but clean room.
It is not a real hotel, but a few rooms at the first level of an old building with much garbage at the entrance. We often meet other people who live in that buiding. Although the location is relatively in the center of the city, the street is a dangerous place during evening and night. The breakfeast is in the small room with just a few places for the guests and sometimes we ate standing up. Every morning was the same poor menu.
Just in front Termini station, well connected for everything.
The surrounding area at night it is not really nice, but compensate for the well connected it is.
Need Airconditional, security locker
Staff friendly, clean rooms.
Location. Closed to Termini station. Strange dangerous people around.
Nice and friendly welcome Nice room Good Price Only 2-3 min walk to main railway station
During the night it was too noisy outside
The staff (Filipino) looked nice at first. He then took me to another hostel than the one I booked (right opposite termini). That place, Jesus Christ, was horrible!!! Dark, unclean with only three toilets.... It was incredibly disappointing!!! As I insisted to change or refund, he took me to another room which was slightly better equipped with air conditioner. Could you imagine a big hostel with only 3 hostels? Which means you had to queue for shower for a very long time!!! Do not recommend this one, pay more for a better one guys.
Very, very friendly and helpful staff and boss, the room was clean, especially the bathroom (just renovated).
Kind staffs. Clean.
Staffs are kind, but they are not that fluent in English. They asked me to pay by cash. They don't want a card.
Near subway station
Poor wifi, no kitchen fasility..
Near to the station.
To arrive there at night wasn't feel secure. WiFi sucked.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hostel was indeed perfect, close to the Termini station.
The street was rather noisy at night, but I was too tired to really care :)
The people in the establishment were amazing and always willing to Leo. Ask any question and they will try and help you. Great people, the beds were comfy as well!
There was one bathroom shared between many people, this meant that it got dirty and was occupied when needed. Also if you would like to go out in Rome there is a quiet rule and no alcohol rule after 12 so not the greatest in that sense
