very poor hotel in general, definately not a 5-star. Needs major renovation, everything is worn out. Breakfast was a disaster. Beds are too hard. Amenities unsatisfactory to a 5-star standard. Bad smell in the room. |

Rooms were very clean and good size Lower your food and beverage prices. We stayed at this hotel due to the location of the closeness to the airport. Also taxi that was hired from your hotel was an outrageous price for a five minute drive to the airport. Hotel should provide a shuttle to the airport as it is so close. |

The pool was in excellent settings and very ease to enter if one is elderly. The food and service also excellent when we dined in the evening and the atmosphere was lovely. The hotel itself is a little shabby and too drab for a mediterranean seaside resort, it could do with a nice light uplift. Apart from that we enjoyed our two day stay. A little more care on the cleanliness in general |

Nice room and very nice restaurant (breakfast buffet!); very friendly and helpful staff. Pool was very crowded and the garden was booked by some business events. |

Extrem guter Service, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, sehr schöne und saubere Zimmer, sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis zu wenig Schattenplätze in der Poollandschaft, mehr oder überhaupt individuelle Sonnenschirme. Poolbar nicht in einer Woche nur an einem Tag geöffnet. |

Lage zum Flughafen und der nicht immer funktionierende shuttleservice,das Personal an der Reception war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse sicherlich eine angenehme Bereicherung. Unser Zimmer lag leider in einer Ecke ohne einen schönen Ausblick.!10€ für ein Glas Rotwein sind international gesehen Spitzenklasse. |

Elegantes Hotel der Luxusklasse, wunderbare Hotelanlage im arabischen Stil, sehr gute Küche, aber nicht billig. Die Zimmer sind trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen Catania-Fontanarossa ruhig. Wir haben hier nur einmal übernachtet, da wir schon am nächsten Morgen nach Hause geflogen sind. |
