Tranquil garden setting yet only a few steps to beach and a few minutes into heart of the city. Outstanding view of Mount Etna.Quiet, peaceful atmosphere. Efficient friendly staff.

Although standard of food was good, there was little or no atmosphere in the (only) restaurant.

Really reach breakfasts comparing to other Italian hotels. Beautiful rooms, bathrooms, balcony etc. Free shuttle 3 times a day to/from Catania and airport. Very good park with jogging tracks right behind the hotel. Very friendly personnel. Free good internet in rooms. Great thanks to staff for letting us stay at room at the day of leaving!!!

We only didn't like much the restaurant (lunch and dinner). Maybe because of the winter season. It's better to eat at Catania or in cafes along the Via Kennedy or at Auchan (you can get there through the jogging park - about 7 min). Everything other was really great.

Location close to the Catania city, 10 minutes by car. Michelin star rated restaurant was serving good food + fantastic background piano music.

You have to be aware of cheating risk in this hotel. First negative experience was at the dinner. The food was forth of rather high prices given in menu but staff tried to charge us 40% more first. Only after the protest we got the correct conto... Second negative experience was when we checked out. The rate we were booking through booking.com was not valid anymore and explanations were not clear at all. Finally we had to pay 160 EUR per night what was absolutely too much for the small and very dark room we got. Also have to mention that You have to keep very silent in this hotel as other vice neghbours will hear any word You say. No sound isolation between the rooms. Technically there were problems with air conditioning in the room, bath and water heater we had.

It's location near to the airport and its shuttle service when we arrived late at night. We had an excellent meal at a very reasonable price. The pool was great

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel a lot. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Booked this hotel because of the shuttle as I needed to leave at 4.30 am for a flight Mentioned this when I booked Told the shuttle was not available , thought ok expected the taxi to be free of charge as the free service was advertised in the hotel It turned out there's a Charge again I thought its ok as it was only 2 miles to the airport , arrived at the airport on Friday morning the car driver tried to charge me 25 euro , we had a stand up row I just gave him 10 and walked away with a bad feeling about the hotel and my experience of Sicily

It is heavy to find entrance. Pictures in the Egyptian style weren't pleasant.

Hotel staff is at the high level, very hospitable and competent.

Design of some rooms doesn't satisfy the requirements of 5-star luxury hotel.

The hotel is set in beautiful grounds and the pool is a good size but it definetly is not a 5 star hotel luxury hotel. The breakfast was not great and do not drink the coffee, it’s disgusting, ask for a freshly made espresso.

Room was comfortable and quiet. Lovely gardens. Not a high rise hotel and blended in well with the gardens. A very good breakfast catering to most tastes. Live music at dinner. Nice snacks with drinks.

Limited shuttle service to airport- we had to take taxi for a 0745 flight. Pool water quality not well maintained- water not clear and suspect chlorine levels. The head waiter verbally abused a female staff member in front of us and other dinner guests- at least on 3 occasions and behaved in an aggressive manner to this staff member. He was abrupt and obviously angry. We only ate there once and did not return the next night, because of his behaviour. Hotel is well away from restaurants, entertainment and interesting places that are within easy walking distance.

Convenient to the airport .Nice grounds. Friendly service and convenient transport to town.

Close to the airport. Rooms well well equiped and the hotel looked and felt great.

Fixed price taxi fare from the airport is far too high. Food in the hotel is very expenisve and not worht the money.

We chose to stay at your hotel for it's closeness to the airport. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful pool which was very welcome on the hot days we were there.

One thing we didn't like was the shower facility in our room. With no enclosure around it we found our bathroom was flooding every time we had a shower.

Location by the airport. Breakfast was great. Cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful. So was the guy at the bar.

They used a cleaning product whose smell I was allergic too. Receptionist staff not very helpful. The cost of the taxi to the airport was shocking. They should run the shuttle more often. Very limited access to food from 3pm to 8pm.

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Room comfortable and soundproofed.

The restaurant had a pretentious maitre d' and mediocre food.

Location and parking facility

Staff was not friendly During 2 days there was no hot water in bathroom .When we told this the staff simulated they were not aware. One day our room was not cleaned at all.Again staff was surprised. When I explained at departure that I wanted at least to have a discount for non received service ,staff said it was impossible because we booked via Booking.com

We were leaving at 0600 in the morning and the staff offered to have a breakfast laid out for us so we didn't leave on an empty stomach. We were very pleased and impressed with that.

It seemed very antiquated, and a bit musty. Thankfully the room had a large double door to open, as the cleaning staff had sprayed a heavy dose of room deodorizer in our room before we checked in, which was overpowering.
