we saw several reception and cleaning staff, and all were very friendly and helpful. the room was always very clean. the hotel is in a quiet location close to the colloseum and a metro stop. there is a restaurant with a large outdoor patio just outside the front door of the hotel and we had great service and a good laugh with a waiter named Walter. the bed was a bit uncomfortable and the room was small, but these are not serious criticisms in this price range (most hotels in this category will have minor issues of this sort). |

Convenient location for the major sights of Rome.Comfortable large room. Friendly staff. Often woken by noisy hotel guests returning from a night out, laughing and talking very loudly! Also, you need to keep the windows shut overnight as outside noises of traffic and people starting work outside the windows can wake you up early in the morning. |

This was by far the best hotel I stayed in out of 7 cities. It was central, clean, air-conditioned, and the front staff was so helpful. The morning breakfast was also lovely. |

It was clean room and very nice staff. They were helpful in every every way possible.We could see colloseum from our room. Heart of city. Tourists like us that havent seen rome before, it was the perfect way to explore. We didnt use any train for two days as it was walking distance to every thing. Only for St Peters church. Perfect location and Perfect price. As we went during summers hottest time, the air condition was not functioning very well but but there were fan as well so both together was good. |

The location of the hotel is excellent, right next to Colosseum. The room is clean, pretty large. The hotel staffs are very friendly. The breakfast only include a croissant, some biscuit, a cup of coffee or tea, and a small glass of fruit juice. |

Its location was excellent, very close to the main historic sites and surrounded by good restaurants, etc. Santo, one of the staff members, was particularly friendly and welcoming. The hotel was exceptionally clean. The room was quite small. |

Cet hotel était propre et relativement moderne! Personnel à disposition! Le petit déjeuner compris dans le prix était franchement décevant! Un croissant sec et un expresso alors que nous vavions demandé très clairement un café et un verre d'eau! De plus le personnel du café où se deroullait le petit déjeuner etait tres désagréable!!! |

La propreté, le service et la disponibilité du personnel.Il faut cependant signaler que la prima colazione se fait dans le baitment voisin et qu'il nous n'avons vu aucune terrasse avec vue sur le colosseo. |

Petit hôtel excessivement bien situé au coeur de Rome. Personnel discret, charmant et accueillant. Le petit déjeuner dehors est très agréable. Chambre simple et propre, parfait pour séjourner à moindre coût en centre ville. La cloison entre les chambres est parfois mince, mais très calme dans l'ensemble. |

personnel disponible 24h/24h ,trés agreable ,emplacement idéal , chambre sur l'arriére trés silencieuse,quartier agreable , tout disponible autour petit déjeuné trés sympatique dans bar typiquement italien a coté de l'hotel , mais il ne faut pas hésiter a demander autre chose que les biscottes ou les divers "cornetto" pour ceux qui ne les aiment pas !!! le "pane" est trés bon !!! |

Amabilidad y colbaoración del personal No dispone de servicio de internet. El desayuno no es bueno, los alimentos no eran frescos, el desayuno es contratado con una cafeteria con un regular servicio. |

nous avons passé 4 nuits dans une chambre triple au 3 étage , et la chambre était tres spacieuse et très propre. L'hotel est bien situé car il n' est pas loin du Colysée ( + ou - 200 m) et il y a aussi des restaurants juste à côté. Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute car les alentours sont beaucoup plus agréables que du côté de la gare ou tous les hotels sont concentrés. C'est un hotel qui a un bon rapport qualité- prix .Je le conseille vivement. Il faut prendre un taxi de la gare Termini jusqu'à l'hôtel car la distance est grande et il faut donc rajouter 45 euros pour le trajet. J'aurai souhaité un petit déjeuner continental et faites attention car si vous prenez un 2 eme café vous devrez le payer. |

Ett av de bästa hotell jag bott på i den prisklassen, motsvarar egentligen ytterligare en stjärna, samt ett plus för närheten till de flesta sevärdheterna. Det fanns absolut inget att anmärka på. |
