I really liked the location,it's very close to the historical center and all the shops.The rooms are rennovated and quiet. The receptionists are nice and helpful.There is a nice restaurant next door to the hotel with very hospitable staff---my compliments! I was staying at the hotel for one week and it seems the floors were not washed during my staying.The breakfast definitely needs to be improved:assortment and quality.The ladies who serve breakfast are not friendly at all.The Internet connection has a poor signal and in available only in the lobby although it is said it is available in the whole hotel. |

Excelent location, the staff attention was excelent. I did not like the costs for air conditioner and internet. The zone is too noisy. |

Reception staff were very friendly and helful, also hotel 4 minutes walk from termini station. 10 euros each night for airconditioning,this was a bit steep. Continental breakfast very poor. |

This hotel is two short blocks from the Rome Termini train station and is on the side closest to the train that goes to the airport. There are lots of places to eat neraby and places to do laundry as well. The air conditioning could not be used inless you pay an additional 10 Euro. The bathroom is too small. If you leave the window open thye noise is a problem. Thus the room rate is really the quoted price PLUS 10 Euro. |

room is normal-not big, not small. if you are looking for a place to sleep - it is ok! bed ir very normal. very close to termini station. to all places of interest we walked by foot - didn't use city transport. close to hotel you can found normal restaurants for dinner. Very very very small and unconvinient shower!!!!! problems with towels. |

We asked for the room facing the backyard and enjoyed peace and quietness both in the mornings and in the evenings. Breakfast was a good surprise (not typical for Italy) - very nice choice (three kinds of bread, incl. croissants, cereals, butter, Nutella, jam, juice, coffee, cappuccino etc.) and it's possible to take as much as you like. Fresh towels and soap every day. Tv table and bed-side tables were a bit dusty. |

The young lady on reception was very helpful and pleasant, the hotel less than 5 mins walk from termini and metro line. We were able to walk everywhere or get there by metro to most places. great hotel |

The hotel was in a convenient location for using the metro and getting around Rome. Some of the smoke alarms were covered and people were smoking in the hotel. The smell of smoke drifted into our rooms. As non-smokers we did not enjoy this! |

we were arranged in 4 rooms next to each other with a main door - like an apartment. All 4 room dont have to close door can walk freely. Only lock when we go to sleep. |
