Staff helpful & friendly. Very convenient location. Small but very good powerful shower which was perfect for soothing aching feet & legs. The beds were not that comfortable & were 2 single beds pushed together which sometimes came apart. |

Desk staff very available and helpful. Rooms very clean. I would stay here again. There is traffic noise but that's just Rome. Great location close to the Termini station for trains to the beach and Metro lines. Quite a few reasonable restaurants local to hotel including one next door if you don't like a long walk home. I had heard that the area can be a bit rough after dark but didn't find that at all. Breakfast basic but OK with plenty of coffee and orange juice. Breakfast staff seemed less friendly at first if you don't speak Italian, although this seems to be the same across Rome and they did lighten up after a few days. |

The hotel was located very close to Termini train station. The reception staff was friendly. Clean room. You had to pay extra for air condition. The breakfast was quite bad. There was no cheese or salami et c. Only marmelade and butter. |

I really liked the location,it's very close to the historical center and all the shops. The rooms are rennovated and quiet. The receptionists are nice and helpful. There is a nice restaurant next door to the hotel with very hospitable staff---my compliments! I was staying at the hotel for one week and it seems the floors were not washed during my staying. The breakfast definitely needs to be improved:assortment and quality. The ladies who serve breakfast are not friendly at all.The Internet connection has a poor signal and in available only in the lobby although it is said it is available in the whole hotel. |

This hotel is two short blocks from the Rome Termini train station and is on the side closest to the train that goes to the airport. There are lots of places to eat neraby and places to do laundry as well. The air conditioning could not be used inless you pay an additional 10 Euro. The bathroom is too small. If you leave the window open thye noise is a problem. Thus the room rate is really the quoted price PLUS 10 Euro. |
