The room clean and quite large with plenty of space for clothing etc. There was a safe in the room and the hotel was located close to the main railway station and main stop for all hop on hop off tour buses.
The breakfast room was far too small with people eating standing up. There was no sign stating max loading of the lift,we were stuck between floors in this lift for about 30 mins with an elderly lady, the staff were very quick to send for help to get us out,but it was a bad experiance for all concerned.
Extremely good value, was two minutes from train station, which was needed because we had an early train the next morning. Staff were helpful and welcoming
Really liked the location, very clean helpful staff would recommend staying here to others.
Breakfast was very basic
Good value - on street with lots of other similar low budget hotels. Room ok - clean with good en suite. Simple breakfast included
Area around hotel very scruffy - litter everywhere.
Hotel location is 5-10 minute walk from Roma Termini railway station. Staff were friendly & helpful. There were reasonable choices for your Continental Breakfast. Also within walking distance of a couple of tourist attractions & a short, reasonably priced, taxi ride to 2 major tourist attractions. Many restaurants to choose from in area.
Very good location
The hotel met up to all our requirements without any problem. Very enjoyable..
The area was typical of a busy city station.
The bathroom was big.
Staff were not friendly. The bed sheet was worn out and when I told the info desk about it she just told me that it was impossible. The breakfast area was very small and tables were so close to its other. The elevator was old and small. Internet connection was very slow...
Very good location, just 2-3 minutes from Termini railway station which is extremely comfortable: just round the corner you have the railway station to buy tickets and go to other cities; central metro station with access to both lines (there are only 2 lines in Rome metro); bus station to go to Castello Romano Outlet etc. This is a substantial plus that prevails over all possible difficulties :) Staff in the hotel is more or less nice, except for the girl on reception who is always "cold" and really not welcoming (as well as some girls in the breakfast room). Room is not bad, though bathroom is still quite small (as in all 3* hotels).
The annoying thing is the noise: we did not hear any neighbours, but all the street sounds were too loud. What we did not like was the breakfast: only milk, cornflakes, pastry, some cheese and ham and tea/coffee. Tip: coffee that they propose in coffee-pots is not good at all, but if you ask for a cappuccino, they can make it for you for free, and at least this is real coffee.. ) The hotel is quite old, and there are some things that could have been repaired though: like the hook that holds the curtain and just falls out of the wall
Extra security door between lift and room Room is still cool even at mid day in summer Excellent location
The room is not very sound-proof. You can hear the outer security door closes. You cant hear the next room if both windows are closed though. I couldnt find the safe in my room Room is a bit small for 2 people
The bed is not confortable It coul be more clean
room a little small
Location. Very close to the station. Easy access to any location...
Bed was comfortable, staff very helpful. Good breakfasts. Great little restaurant next door. Central to everything we needed to do and no problem when we needed to leave at 4:30am to catch airport shuttle. Would stay there again.
Being tall I found the shower very tiny but adequate.
Easy access to train, metro and buses. Walking distance to colisseum. Wifi was strong.
Breakfast was poor and not very soundproof. Our room was right by a door to the hallway, and it was very loud.
The room was pretty spacious and the breakfast was decent.
I didn't realize how close to the train station it was. Not the best area but it was in the peak of tourist season so we didn't really notice it.
Bed sheets not changed in 3 days and no working light in the bathroom at our arrival.
The Staff is very friendly and helpful .
the location....the room at 4th floor
no coffee/tea at the room is a negative thing,,,i thing for the hotel is not a great expense... but for the customer is a must
very basic but clean and good location. I would stay here again
I liked the location and the polite staff.
Coffee was extremely bad!
Friendly staff, always helpful. Close to all transport. Would recommend.
Decent breakfast, convenient to transportation, restaurants and sights. Rooms were quiet.
No screens on windows.
very neat and comfy room very close to Termini station and walking distance to most tourist spots in Rome
Staff during the day was not very friendly; but during the night the receptionist was much nicer.
Friendly staff, Very close to the train station and hala food.
We had triple room, the toilet was too tight and very not comfortable. There was very few options in breakfast and it wasn't nice. The restaurant is too small. The area around the hotel is very unsafe at night.
