Comfy bed, vey clean, rich breakfast, great location next to Termini (Metro&Buses). The stuff were very polite and let us store our luggage there for free, after we checked out.
Close to Termini and just about everything else. Supermarket was close, plenty of places to eat. Room was clean and nice to stay in.
Have to be early for the shower, the hot water was very cool one night. I would be guessing, maybe the system is shared by other rooms. Bed was made up of two singles, big uncomfortable crack down the middle.
Location is great for Termini station and major sights. Vatican City is also a short ride on the underground from Termini stn. The room was clean, decent continental breakfast.
We had small double, which might have been made by splitting a bigger room into two smaller ones. The dividing wall was not soundproof at all, we could hear every word the people next door said. Luckily, it was not too late into the night!
Amazing location near train station and lots of nice restaurants near by. Easy walk to Coliseum. Decent free breakfast. For the amazing price on the hotel in such a great location, it can't be beat!
Free wifi was very spotty and did not work very well.
Location and staff
Breakfast was poor, elevator dirty,wi-fi on and off.
Location Nice Continental Breakfast Wifi was good Spacious room Don't need to leave key at desk when you leave (but can since they have 24/7 reception coverage)
The hotel was situated at a very short distance from the Termini station, literally it took us no more that 3 minutes to get to the station. Although we had heard some comments about the neighbourhood, there was actually nothing to be afraid of, even after midnight. The area is full of hotels and some good restaurants and there are people wandering around at any time of the day. The rooms were clean, the heating was working perfectly fine and the service was immaculate. The breakfast was quite good too. Very good hotel for Rome's accommodation standards.
If I have to say something is that the towels or the sheets were not changed even once during our 3-day visit.
Close to the train station
Room had a bad smell when we first walked it. Bathroom smelled like someone had gone #2 the whole time even though none or us did. Walls of room and over all appearance looked dirty.
Beds are so comfortable. Breakfast is modest but good enough i mean normal. But the location is perfect. I advice it.
It was november when we got there. So it was cold and the air conditioner was broken. We stayed one night in this circumstances. But next day they changed our room and it was ok.
Staff Location Breakfast
The bath towels are improvised and the material is very thick and bad. They seem like tablecloths. Wi-fi is poor and also you need a login and password for each guest/device. We were two and they gave just one for us. We received another pass just because we asked!
Every day cleaning.
Very poor breakfast, one kind of cheese & ham. The wall in the room is very dirty.
Staff was really helpful and the rooms were clean. Good place to stay if you plan to use trains and metro frequently.
Termini station district is not the most pleasant place in Rome. Breakfast was quite poor with choice - nothing from hot dishes, just some croissants, jams, cereal etc.
Fab location by the train station. Friendly staff, basic but with everything you need for a quick stopover.
We liked the coffee very much and most of the staff were very polite
We asked for a double bed and we had two single beds stucked together.
Breakfast was good. The staff was cooperative. It is convenient to the termini.
The neighborhood was busy.
Clean Bed was confortable Quiete
The breakfast room close too early for vacantioners (9:30) would be better 10:00 or 10:30.
The Receptionist was very polite and helpful, the man from Mauritius even gave us tips where to visit and maps. Wi-Fi in the rooms was excellent and the location is superb, a corner away from Termini Train Station.
Having Breakfast was horrible. Apart from the bad coffee the table were very small and to put the the coffee and the rock hard bread on the table you had to put other items on the floor. I payed € 440 for 4 nights, very much expensive for this type of Hotel, which honestly does not deserve a three star. You could not walk bare foot in the room as the floor was dirty, need binoculars to see the 15" Monitor which they called TV
- Staff really polite. - Good and safe location - Room looked cleaned but not good cleaning. -Good but poor breakfast
-It says 3* star Hotel. It looks like a 2*. I question if it really is. -The bed cover and the blunket were so dirty that looked like they have never been cleaned cleaned. We used our own sheets as the cover was full of peoples' hair that the hair were transfered on bed. -It looked like they did not hoover but only mopping. -looks expensive for what the Hotel offered.
Rome is a bigger city than the others we visited in Italy, so it was great being 2mins away from the train/metro station.
Close proximity to termini. Good restaurants close by. Staff were friendly and Were happy to deal with any requests. We needed extra pillows and these arrived with minutes.
Breakfast room a bit cramped. It cannot seat all the guests so the 7.30 shift was overcrowded. A lot of people on booked tours need to eat early so there was a cue Attis time for a table
Location excellent. Comfortable bed. Nice heavy curtains to block out light. Quite nicely furnished.
Bathroom was so tiny, and the shower was shocking, just a single trickle coming out, could barely get wet. Shower head all corroded. Bathroom was clean though apart from this. Just don't believe the pictures you see of a nice big bathroom - obviously not all rooms, although we did ask on arrival. Young man booking us in more interested in watching TV and most unhelpful, but later on received more attention from who I presume is Manager when I told them about shower. All in all, not a bad hotel if you get the proper room. No fridge, but this seems common in Europe, and we find this inconvenient. Our bad, as we should have checked.
Everything is good, location is pefrect, near for everything.
Great location, friendly staff ,clean and comfortable
The only thing I liked more or less was the location as it was close to Termini station and 20 minutes walk from main sightseeing places
The room is tiny with no facilities like extra blankets, separate tissues in toilet. Internet was formally available, but I could hardly open a page, from 3 different devices. So, actually there was NO internet at all. They did not change the bed sheets in 3 days that I stayed there. Breakfast was terrible with tiny tables on which there was no room for two plates at the same time and small breakfast room that 4-5 people could hardy fit in. The choice of food for breakfast was extremely limited as well. one type salami, cheese and bread was the only food to eat basically
The room clean and quite large with plenty of space for clothing etc. There was a safe in the room and the hotel was located close to the main railway station and main stop for all hop on hop off tour buses.
The breakfast room was far too small with people eating standing up. There was no sign stating max loading of the lift,we were stuck between floors in this lift for about 30 mins with an elderly lady, the staff were very quick to send for help to get us out,but it was a bad experiance for all concerned.
