Excellent, spacious and luxurious, room, with superb views of Rome and the dome of St Peters basilica,as well as good food and wonderful service in the exclusive lounge No good restaurants in the locality, which was a bit dirty and unappealing, and it was much farther from the centre on foot than led to believe |

Very proffessional Reception and Concierge staff *The staff welcoming the guests at the Breakfast room should be more polite and should smile more *Housekeeping should do a more deeper cleaning in the rooms( dirt/dust on the rugs) |

1. a lot of room in ordinary apartments. 2. the hotel is located within the town area in a quiet place. 3. a large swimming pool. 1. there is an ugly communication tower in front of the hotel that totally ruins the view and another half of the town view is shadowed by another hotel in front. 2. be attentive as you book via booking.com: breakfasts and access to the swimming pool is not included, so you will have to pay 36 euro each time for it. |

Spacious room and balcony. The breakfast was absolutely under the level. The menu at the restaurant was poor. We would recomend to improve the food quality and enlarge the items in menu. Hotel is very far from the sity. |

High class hotel with full comfort and large rooms. Super breakfasts with huge variability of food. Large and full comfort bedrooms. Nice shuttle with Rome downtown. All facilities. Impressive decoration with true high quality paintings and sculptures. Even the access to the swimming pool is not free! By paying such room fare, we could expect to have access to most facilities as in any other 4 or 5 stars hotels... We have been disappointed by the gastronomic restaurant displaying a relatively poor cost/quality ratio . |

This hotel is excellent. It is really beautiful and very refined. The food is top quality and the staff are suburb in everyway. It is a little removed from the city by being on a far hill but once you see the view from your room of Rome, you get over that. |

Sehr hohes Niveau, sehr nettes Personal, fast alles perfekt ! Das Personal im Imperial - Club war in keiner Weise vergleichbar mit dem ansonsten sehr guten Personal im gesamten Hotel. |

Большие хорошо оснащенные номера,со свето и звукоизоляцией.Многие балконы с великолепным видом на Рим и собор св.Петра.До центра и обратно бесплатный шатл каждый час,едет 30 мин.На такси 10евро.До Ватикана пешком 20 мин.Большая территория,свой ухоженный парк.Разнообразный завтрак с большим выбором свежевыжатых соков(38евро)Отличный Спа,бани сауна и большая турецкая ,бассейн открытый и закрытый,жаль что не входит в цену(20е)На крыше видовой ресторан,признанный одним из лучших в италии.бронировать сильно заранее.Кухня и сервис-шедевр.В отеле раскошная атмосфера ,без пафоса.Для клиента-любой каприз,постоянные сюрпризы от отеля.Спокойная ,очень комфортная и романтическая обстановка. Поставить кулер с питьевой водой в спа,в зоне релакс.Не плохо было бы на рецепшн больше русско говорящих.В таком отеле посещение спа должно быть бесплатным. |

Prestations en rapport avec le standing de l'hotel , nous avons pris une chambre king impérial , elle est plus chére mais en fin de compte vous avez l'accés illimité au spa aussi qu'un lounge privé sur l'étage avec nourriture et boisson de toute sortes à discrétion !!! Géniale .... |

wenn es zu einem besten hotel eine steigerung gibt,dann nur rom cavalieri,eine perfektion,eine schönere lage kann es fast nicht mehr geben,ich freue mich schon wieder dot gast zu sein,ich träume von diesem hotel,danke rome cavalieri |

ホテルスタッフ、サービス他は、トップクラス。スタッフも多く不満なし。到着日（日曜日）夜にはホテル敷地- 内から本格的花火打ち上げあり、堪能した。ホテルに忘れ物をして空港から連絡し、そのまま日本に帰国したが- その綿密な連絡等対応には心から満足した。 市内から若干離れている（テルミニ駅から２０、サンピエトロから１０ユーロ）ため無料シャトルバスサービス- があったが、市内からの帰着最終便が２０：００と若干早い。 コンシェルジェのサービス対象（市内観光）が、豪華版に偏っていた嫌いあり、もっと幅広いメニューも提案し- て欲しかった。 |

J'ai particulièrement apprécié le cadre verdoyant à proximité de Rome, le centre de fitness très bien équipé et la piscine. Personnel très pro en général et notamment à la réception et Concierge. |

Il ristorante la Pergola è eccellente, sembra veramente fuori luogo Il personale è carente e molto poco organizzato. Il piano VIP lo è solo di nome, gli ospiti sono obbligati ad apparecchiare il proprio tavolo, a chiedere qualunque cosa con la speranza che la persona interpellata non se lo dimentichi, il personaòe è chiassoso e scorbutico, Alla reception cercano di fare passare per "bonus" dei benefit che sono dati normalmente al tipo di camera richiesto, alla cassa si sopportano code da supermercato per carenza di peronale |
