Loved the room. Liked the look and feel of the hotel. The food in the restaurant was great. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Car parking on site. Spa facilities. Fast lift

Having to leave!

The location, looking out over Rome was stunning.

Not being able to Iron my own clothes. Had to pay someone to do this.

Location is not convenient.

Service and quality was top class; the hotel is luxurious, rooms wonderful. Had a fantastic view over Rome and sitting on the balcony each evening was really relaxing. Food was good and staff friendly and helpful.

Was just a bit annoying having to pay for little extras along the way such as 20 euro for my child to watch a movie in the room; had to pay for usage of the gym (since we were hotel guests anyway) and usage of the pool sun beds.

Luxury hotel Restaurant terrace was breathtaking ...

I took my son here for his 21st birthday and we both thought it was an amazing place to stay. We had an imperial room which was well worth the extra money as we had access to the club lounge and spa. If we went back to Rome we wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Maybe pay extra for a room with a view, as you will only look out to the biggest satellite antenna which can be seen across the whole of Rome.

Hotel combines between resort style and practicle facility. The view that this hotel gives is amazing. The Spa and gym are something not to be missed.

No free wireless connectivity provided for such landmark hotel.

Overall the stay was good and the rooms were nice, I got a free upgrade which I just asked for at the time of checking in at reception, just the view was better that's all

I stay in 5 star hotels everywhere, but 25 euros for Internet is a waste of money, nobody charges money like that, and it cover 3 devices, when I had my bill was charged 50 euros a day with only 2 devices Used. Breakfast manager was always different but each day was as arrogant as the last. Overall about 15-25% more expensive on extras than what I would usually pay, so value for money is poor.

Nice hotel and I will back again

This is a five star establishment, with many luxurious facilities on offer. Beautifully decorated rooms, and public areas embellished with artworks.

The reception staff were cold and unhelpful, We found the hotel lacked hospitality and heart. It would be better suited as a conference venue only.

Every room has a balcony, I liked that and breakfast was excellent.

Beautiful hotel with great views over Rome

Hotel is a long way from attractions. Shuttle bus service often cannot handle demand. Then you are left to arrange taxis at significant costs in Rome traffic. Food and drinks prices at hotel are excessive.

Rather small room, expensive parking

It a place out of this world. It's like being in a palace full of art and luxury. Outstanding staff, always willing to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. The view was breathtaking. It requires at leat 2 days to get to know all the facilities and plesantries of the Place.

The valet service was disorganized and the parking was overpriced. The car was parked outside of the premises without our knowledge and the price was tripled at the time of departure. Surprisingly the bed was very hard. We were expecting top of the line bedding. Shuttle service was limited and was not enough to handle the large number of guests requesting the service.

At check-out in reception they tryed to charge 80 euro for minibar, but I didnot take drinks for 80 EURO (only for 16 euro). After discussing thay change the opinion.

Ludicrously expensive meals and drinks. This was a view held by numerous guests we spoke to and you alienate your guests. 8 euros for a coca cola and 30 euros for a pizza. No wonder so few guests buy anything. why do i have to pay to use the gym or get a sun lounger, everything had a charge. Again alienates your guests.

A rip off place with unprofessional staff - everyone one there needs a good lesson on customer service and listen to the customer!....I Spent 6 nights there and booked 4 rooms for a total of 9,000 usd and when I approach about a mistake they did on the restaurant bill tpthey were rude, unprofessional and unapologetic from the restaurant manager to the cashier to the hotel manager!...they charged me 87 Euro for 203 kids hamburgers!....they are all in it....run like a Mafia type operation.,

It clearly states on the King Deluxe Room advert on booking.com that the room has separate sleeping room and living room. Please be adviced that this is totally wrong. We approached booking.com and the reception after check-in, and after half an hour the hotel said that this was misleading and gave us free entrance to the pool and spa area. Well and good for that matter, but I would rather that the text on the room description was correct. Though the room was soundproofed, there was strange scraping noises from what seemed to be below or above our room, around 00:30 till 01:30 every night. Very disturbing. In addition - stay away from the chicken salad available on the room service menu, my husband had this and experienced a violent diorrhea lasting all night and some of the next day.

I liked that we celebrated my daughter's birthday on Saturday and she will always remember it as a special day with the indoor pool experience, special dinner--- but there were soooo many disappointments in this hotel that I know I would not go back nor recommend it. Also, your services sold it as "every room with spectacular views"... I gotta tell you ... Spending the money I did to stare ar a television and radio antenna was a huge disappointment !!! Rip- off.
