Helpfulness of staff Good suite Great garden Great lobby
Location is little far from center
From the moment of arrival, the staff helped me make the most of my time at the hotel. Everything was exemplary, including the room service and I will certainly be coming back again in the future
everything especially Roberto from the restorant who was very kind and help us a lot The shuttle driver is a unique person and other staff are nice and kind
We stayed here last week. The King size rooms are quite big & come with a nice balcony. The view of the city was spectacular. The staff was nice too. The only issue is the distance from the city/airport etc..so you end up taking taxi for everything. They have their free shuttle, which run on every halfhour & then every hour from Barberini. There are 2 restaurants out of which the rooftop- i was told has to be booked months in advance. So that leaves with only 1 choice which does not have a big menu. The hotel is also in a area where we didn't see any other restaurants. But on the 2nd day, i just googled and found a local pizzeria at less than 1km walking distance using the steps.
Distance to everything. No free wifi in the rooms.
definitely not a good choice for those who travel with kids
Beautiful view of Rome. Very luxurious.
Location -- taxis or hotel shuttle required to go anywhere. Too expensive. There were charges on our bill for the minibar that we did not use.
Everything except no fee wifi and coffee
Should offer free coffee and free internet for the price paid.
Far from central rome
Clean rooms, large room and large bathroom, great climate control, the people that clean the rooms are the best ! the shuttle driver Max was also the best.
In room beverages prices are insulting 8 euro for a small bottle of water ,one bottle should be given per day to each guest its the little things that can make you better, they charged/blocked my credit card for over 450.00 dollars at check in which I was not informed about , in case I use the pool or spa etc. its ok to have my cc# on file put don't put a hold on 450.00 + dollars, what you saying is you don't trust your guest another insult, also the cost of breakfast is way overpriced I would not stay here again for these reasons
location, service, food, pretty much every thing else
A little bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Only thing is the outside pool shuts at 7pm could be a bit later
The shuttle schedule; I think they should extend it to longer hours in the evenings, make it available in the airport and make it available every hour; I also didn't like the fact that there was no free internet access in the rooms
Like five star hotel, everything perfect, special breakfast and also dinner.
Beautiful rooms, great spa, workout area and spa.
They charge you for wifi in your room. You would think they could throw that in And brunch is over 40.00 per person. If you have coffee and a mini croissant expect to pay 20.00. Otherwise. Lovely. Very much a business destination. Expect 3 conventions going on.
Beds were so comfortable. Beautiful decor everywhere. Out door grounds were gorgeous. Helpful & friendly staff.
I booked this hotel ONLY because of the view of Rome from the roof top deck as shown on the website. I was able to go up during the day but I was extremely excited to see it at night. SO DISSAPOINTING. We were not allowed access to the deck at night. The entire space was reserved by a bar that was booked a week in advance and the out door terrace area was always booked for an event. Absolutely no space set aside for paying guests to sit and enjoy this amazing view. We woke up one morning at 5am with hopes to see the city lights, but the elevator was locked on the 9th floor. For the price of this hotel, we should have been able to enjoy this sight. They also charge extra for wifi in the bedrooms. €25 Euro a day. Again, for the price of the room, it should be included. Many hotels we stayed at in Europe offered free wifi anywhere on the premises. There were just too many hidden costs.
Rooms are beautiful and big Quiet area Shuttle driver great Art gallery is impressive
Location is far from Rome and shuttle can be full Internet is expensive or must use hotel lobby
I highly recommend this hotel. Everything is quite well organized. The employees are very friendly and prompt answer to our request. A slightly improvement need the restaurant where the waiter was impolite and the food were not very tasty. La Pergola restaurant is 3 stars Michelin very nice and it deserve its rating! For sure we will come back to this hotel.
Pool, Imperial Club, Staff
Noisey people in next room free wifi is laughably slow you need to pay 25 euros to get decent speed.
Buffet had a wide and exotic range of excellent choices. Staff in all public areas provided us with excellent help: directions, room service, business support, and guest services like lost/found. Thanks to the staff person who found and returned my wife's jacket.
Hotel exceeded our reasonable expectations for such a level as this one.
Beautiful hotel in great location. Hotel staff was very professional and always willing to help. Lounge is very nice and the staff is very good. Shuttle service to central Rome is more than sufficient cab fare from almost anywhere in the city, train station or airport, is very affordable.
Cannot think of any thing that was not very good or better. No, not true, should provide a better cork puller in the room.
The view is great. We enjoy the clay tennis court a lot.
the view from our balcony, we can see the whole rome city skyline, it's amazing!and during our stay (it was a weekend) on Sat evening there was a singer singing all the night making it a unforgettable "roman holiday"!
no wifi in room! as a luxury hotel it should be a must! we stay in Europe for 12 days, this is the most expensive hotel we booked and it's the only one that did not provide free wifi access in room!
Breakfast, nice spa, 3 star Michelin restaurant in hotel.
Far from city centar.
